Research On The Integration Of Tourism Industry And Cultural Industry In Qingyang Area Of Gansu

On September of 2013,the President Xi Jinping delivered a speech on “Building the Silk Road Economic Belt Together” in Kazakhstan when he was visiting the four nations in Central Asia.In his speech,he pointed out that we should develop the Silk Road Economic Belt as a multi-function belt and combined the tourism,culture and economy together.The ancient Silk Road has many historical attractions,rich cultural resources,it is not only a trade road started in our country and goes across Asia,Africa and Europe three continents,it is also a tourism road that could promote the protection and inheritance of the traditional cultural resources in Northwestern areas of China,and even a cultural road to connect the culture and memorial symbols of nations alone the road.The building of the new Silk Road,is the deepening and extending of the west development,and also is a great chance the narrow the gap between the western and eastern areas.Meanwhile,since the 17 th CPC National Congress had pointed out we should “vigorously develop the cultural industries”,many policies had introduced,and they clearly stressed that we should strengthen the exploration and protection of cultural resources in the tourism regions,and provided a strong policy support for the development of the combination of cultural and tourism industries,and the combination showed that the Gansu region has stepped into the strategic industries integration period.Gansu Province,as the golden region of the Silk Road Economic Belt,should play its core regional functions,and try to promote the integration of tourism and cultural industries.Qingyang City is the birthplace of the ancient farming culture in Zhou Dynasty,and it is also the haunt of our ancestor,Yellow Emperor.However,because of its geographic location is remote,it is not well-affected by the outside cultures,and protects the folk arts from the long history.All these arts make Qingyang City become the destination for many tourists from home and abroad,but its integration of cultural and tourism industries has some big problems,including the lack of the understanding of cultural industry and cultural market,the incompleteness of the system,the obstacles in the management system,lack of talents and disadvantages in tourism resources development,and all these problems have shown Qingyang City is still in the initial stage in the integration of tourism and cultural industries.Therefore,in order to better develop the cultural and tourism industries in Qingyang City,this paper selects eight indexes in cultural industry and tourism industry as the example,which is based on the theoretical research,and with the reach about the current status of the integration of tourism and cultural industries after analyzing the data,then,with the analysis of the integration degree,some problems in the integration process such as the homogeneous in products,the inapparent of the resources and the unpowered of the industry integration and so on.This paper in order to solve all the problems,it takes some possible solutions such as technology improve,complete basic facility and establish tourism cultural brand,looking those five methods as some theoretical guidance for the its development.
