An Investigation Report On The Adaptation Situation Of Volunteer Chinese Teachers In Thailand

According to the actual situation of Chinese teaching and living in Thailand in 2018,combined with the adaptation of the 2018 Chinese teacher volunteers.The subjects of this paper are 125 Thai Chinese teacher volunteers in the 2018 session.The author investigated 125 volunteers from four aspects: life,work,psychological status and interpersonal relationship,and found out the main factors influencing volunteers' adaptation through questionnaire survey and one-to-one interview.It can be divided into the following four aspects: volunteers' own conditions;The working environment of the volunteers;the living environment of the volunteers and the psychological state of the volunteers.Combined with investigation and interview As a result,the author made suggestions to Thai schools,volunteer trainers and volunteers themselves to improve the working and living environment of volunteers,increase practical courses such as Thai language,and improve their quality to prepare themselves for Thailand in advance.
