| With the development of the times and the advancement of science and technology,contemporary high-school students are facing more and more pressure.Along with the pressure of the gap between ideal and reality,interpersonal communication,study,employment and prospects,high-school students who have been in a high degree of mental stress for a long time are likely to produce mental illness.Relaxation training has been widely used by high-school students..Relaxation training can relieve physical and mental pressure,implement systematic desensitization,and effectively eliminate test anxiety,specific phobia,learning disabilities,neurosis and other psychological problems.Therefore,how to choose the most suitable relaxation training form for different individuals to improve the effectiveness of psychological counseling has become an urgent problem to be concerned and solved.In view of the fact that the evaluation of the effectiveness of decentralized relaxation training is mostly focused on biofeedback,and there is no practical evidence to show the direct relationship between physiological indicators and inner feelings.In order to avoid neglecting the importance of individual psychological feelings and subjective experience,this study,combined with relevant studies,determines to use"psychological relaxation"."As an evaluation index.Firstly,based on the existing research theory,the evaluation model of psychological relaxation was established,and the factors influencing individual subjective relaxation were studied by AHP,and the weight coefficients of B1-B5 and C1-C155 were determined.Secondly,the effects of cognitive style and relaxation training form selection on relaxation training were studied by experimental method.Thirdly,the influence of personality traits and the choice of relaxation training forms on relaxation training effect is studied by experimental method.Finally,according to relevant theories and previous research results,the essential relationship among cognitive style,personality traits and relaxation training forms is discussed and explained.Student visitors choose more suitable relaxation training methods in daily relaxation and psychological counseling activities for the ultimate purpose of the study.The results show that,firstly,the most important dimensions of B1-B5,which affect the subjective relaxation after relaxation training,are physical and mental experience and inner peace,followed by heartbeat,attention concentration and warmth of hands.Among the sub-dimensions of C1-C15,C14,C155 and C4 were the top three most valued by individuals,that is,the degree of physical comfort,mental relaxation and inner peace;secondly,the main effect of cognitive style was not significant,the main effect of relaxation training was not significant,and the interaction between cognitive style and relaxation training was significant.Yes.Field-independent subjects had better subjective relaxation after muscle relaxation training,and field-dependent subjects had better subjective relaxation after meditation relaxation training.Furthermore,the main effect of personality traits is significant,the main effect of relaxation training forms is significant,and the interaction between personality traits and relaxation training forms is significant.The subjects with high neuroticism were more suitable for muscle relaxation than those with meditation relaxation,but for the subjects with low neuroticism,there was no significant difference between muscle relaxation and meditation relaxation. |
