The rapid development of scientific information technology has brought great convenience to human.As a derivative of the Internet and technology,mobile phones have become a daily communication tool which we cannot leave.However,in recent years,since the continuous updating of smartphones and the acceleration of network speed,people's daily work and life,entertainment and leisure are increasingly inseparable from mobile phones.As it went by physical and mental damage caused by over-reliance on mobile phones has gradually increased,and the college students,younger generation of the country,higher acceptance of new things,and their use of electronic information products has led to an overwhelming mobile phone addiction.Mobile phone addiction refers to an addictive behavior that affects an individual's physical and mental health and social function because of poor possessiveness.In terms of influencing social function,it is first reflected in the impact on interpersonal relationships among college students,and problems in interpersonal relationships will directly affect the subjective well-being of college students.Therefore,on the basis of previous literature,this study uses interpersonal relationship distress as a mediator to the study.The research object of this paper is mainly the students from the first to the fourth year of several universities in Shanxi.The author collects the data to be used in this study through the network and on-site questionnaires.The ‘University Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale' is used.The ‘Interpersonal Relationships Comprehensive Scale' and the ‘Subjective Well-being Scale' were used to measure the subjects.A total of 435 questionnaires were issued,and the final valid questionnaires were 380.The overall analysis of the data using SPSS24.0 yielded the following results:1.College students' mobile addiction have significant differences in terms of gender and grade;there is no significant difference in the subjects studied and whether they are only children and families.2.Life satisfaction and subjective well-being of sophomores and juniors are higher than those of freshmen and seniors;science and engineering students are more positive than liberal arts students,and subjective well-being is not significantly different from liberal arts students;subjective There is no difference in happiness between gender,whether it is an only child,and where the family is.3.In the Interpersonal relationship distress There is no significant difference in gender,grade,subject and family location;non-only children are more troubled in conversation,communication and dating than in only children.4.College students' mobile addiction was significantly negatively correlated with subjective well-being;there was a significant negative correlation between interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being;there was a significant positive correlation between mobile addiction and interpersonal relationship.5.Interpersonal relationship distress has a mediating effect between mobile addiction tendency and subjective well-being,and is a partial intermediary.According to the above research results,the research conclusions are as follow: college students' mobile addiction,interpersonal relationship distress and subjective well-being are related,and further conclude that interpersonal relationship distress has a partial mediating effect between mobile addiction and subjective well-being.The research hopes to reduce the negative impact on college students' subjective well-being by solving the problem of college students' interpersonal problems and mobile phone addiction problems.
