This study will explore the relationship between boredom,mobile-phone addiction and interpersonal relationship among college students. This study adopted questionnaire investigation, Boredom Proneness Questionnaire for College Students, MPATS and Interpersonal Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale for College Students on 605 college students.The conclusions of this research are shown as below:1.There are significant in how much time per day using their phones differences in colleges’ boredom. The individuals who use mobile phone more than 6 hours’ score was significantly higher than others on boredom and external stimulus, using mobile phone 0-2 hours’ score was significantly lower others on internal stimulus. The individuals in different gender, and areas were all no statistically insignificant.2.The boys’ score was significantly higher than the girls’ on mobile phone addiction. The individuals from city’ score was significantly than the individuals from the rural area in salience. The various dimensions of mobile phone addiction in using their phones more than 6 hours per day was significantly differences than others.3.There are significant areas and gender differences in interpersonal relationship. The individuals from rural area’s score was significantly higher than the individuals from city in the way one gets along with people to score. The second grade students have the most problems in the interpersonal relationship in the four grade. The boys have more problems than the girls in interpersonal relationships, the way one gets along with people to score.4.We find the colleges’ boredom, mobile phone addiction and interpersonal relationship belonging the existence of a significant positive correlation. The internal stimulus of boredom has a significantly weak correlation with interpersonal relationships, and the external stimulus has a significantly strong correlation with the mobile phone addiction and interpersonal relationships.5.The external stimulus of boredom will directly affect interpersonal relationships and indirectly affect interpersonal relationships via mobile phone addiction. Mobile phone addiction between the boredom and the interpersonal relationships from the part of the intermediary role.
