As China is in an important period of social transformation,with the development of the economy,social and psychological problems are emerging one after another,and the national mental health is increasingly attracting wide attention from all walks of life.The development of the country is essentially the development of human beings.Only by improving the level of mental health of the people can we promote the i quality of the people to a higher extent and provide guarantee for the rapid development of the country.The survey showed that anxiety-related mental illness had a wide range of influences in China,and there were many groups,while there were relatively few studies on social anxiety.In addition,the use of problematic mobile phones is also affecting our lives and even affecting the physical and mental development of individuals.A large number of studies have shown that social anxiety is an important cause of individual mobile phone addiction,and college students,as the hope of the future of the country,are in an important period of self-concept integration.So paid attention to the development of self-concept of college students and the relationship between social anxiety and mobile addiction.The formation of a healthy personality and the development of mental health of college students are of great significance.This study aims to study the interrelationship between college students' social anxiety,mobile phone addiction and self-concept in combination with reality,in order to propose corresponding countermeasures and more theoretical support for the healthy life of college students.The Social Anxiety Scale,the Mobile Phone Addiction Disposition Scale,and the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey of college students from Xihua Normal University,Leshan Teachers College,and Chongqing Normal University in Sichuan and Chongqing.A paper questionnaire was distributed 500.492 copies were recovered,and the recovery rate of the questionnaire reached 98.4%.According to the standard,39 invalid questionnaires were retrieved,and the effective rate of the questionnaire reached 92.07%.In order to ensure the reliability and validity of the research,the quality of the three questionnaires was evaluated.Through confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis,it was found that all the indicators of the scale met the requirements and had good reliability and validity.The samples were analysis-ed by the single-sample T-test analysis,it was found that the degree of social anxiety and mobile phone addiction tendencies of college students are generally higher.The independent sample T test,correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the data.Finally,M plus was used to establish the structural equation model,and the following main research conclusions were obtained:(1)There was no significant difference in the mobile phone addiction of college students in terms of gender,whether they are only born,places of origin,grades,etc.;(2)College students' social anxiety showed significant differences in the two demographic variables of gender and place of origin;(3)The family self-concept of college students showed significant differences in the demographic variables of gender;(4)The psychological self-concept of college students showed significant differences in the demographic variables of the place of origin;(5)There was a significant correlation between college students' mobile addiction tendency,self-concept and social anxiety.There was a significant negative correlation between college students' mobile addiction tendency and self-concept,and there was a significant positive correlation between mobile addiction tendency and social anxiety.There was a significant negative correlation between self-concept and social anxiety;(6)College students' mobile addiction and self-concept had significant predictive effects on social anxiety.Mobile addiction had a significant positive predictive effect on social anxiety,and self-concept had a significant negative predictive effect on social anxiety;(7)Psychological self and family self had multiple mediating effects on college students' mobile phone addiction and social anxiety,and the mediating effect was significant.The structural equation model was established.Finally,combined with the actual situation of contemporary college students,it is suggested that psychological educators view college students' social anxiety and mobile phone addiction behavior from a mufti-dimensional and multilevel perspective,help college students to construct positive self-concepts,and improve mental health through multiple channels.
