Along with the increasing international communications,cultural-loaded expressions appear more and more frequently in many international occasions,culture-loaded expressions with unique cultural features,it is difficult to find the exact words in interpretation, because of the high timeliness of consecutive interpretation, the interpreter don't have enough time to consider about interpreting materials during the process of interpretation, which brings great challenges to the interpreter's interpretation. In the interpretation and study of culture-loaded expressions, many interpreters and scholars have interpreted and studied culture-loaded expressions from the perspective of interpretive theory,Different from the traditional interpretation theory, the interpretive theory believes that the process of interpretation divided into three stages, they are comprehension, deverbalization and re-expression.This paper first analyzes the past research of the culture-loaded expressions, then introduces the development of interpretive theory and the main content of the theory, discusses the research perspective and influence factors of culture-loaded expressions translation and some interpreting strategies of cultural-loaded expressions from the perspective of interpretive theory, finally summarizes the related research: interpreters should concern cultural-loaded expressions' meaning of the source language, break the restriction of the source language and use the appropriate interpretation strategies to interpret the meaning of the source language, improve the quality of interpretation and maximize the effect of communication.
