As a new type of teaching mode,flipped classroom has attracted more and more attention from the academic circle.Whether it is the University,primary and secondary schools,or secondary and higher vocational colleges,whether foreign language courses or physics,mathematics and other courses,they have introduced this new teaching model,and have curriculum reform research.This study,based on the full use of the flipped classroom teaching model,explores the feasibility of flipped classroom in the teaching of English reading in Higher vocational English.The research mainly uses experimental methods,supplemented by questionnaires and interviews,to study the effectiveness and feasibility of the flipped classroom teaching model in the English reading class in Higher vocational English.It is found that the flipped classroom has a certain application significance to the teaching of English reading in Higher vocational English,and it can promote the students 'autonomous learning ability,classroom interaction and the improvement of students' English reading ability.Research shows that through the flipped classroom,teachers can effectively improve students' ability of autonomous learning-problem discovery-problem solving ability.By flipping the classroom teaching mode,it can broaden students' knowledge at the same time,improve the students' self-management and selflearning ability,realize the flying performance and quality.The mode of flipping the classroom can superior culture supplement,let students who learn quickly understand better,let students who learn slowly understand ampler.It can effectively enhance the interaction between students and teachers and personalized contact time,prominent the dominant position of students in the process of learning further.
