Based on the geographical background of South Jiangxi,the main research focuses on the South Jiangxi area,taking the traditional ancient architecture of the Hakka in South Jiangxi as the main object of study.Based on a large number of field investigations and rich literature,the paper collects,collects,sums up the mastered information,and makes use of the comparative research method.Field investigation,historical analysis and case analysis,through the shallow and deep layers of research,systematically combed the origin,development,decoration,decoration and artistic forms of the Hakka traditional residential buildings in South Jiangxi,and focused on the characteristics and cultural connotations of the architectural decoration.The expected research results can continue the inheritance of the Hakka traditional residence,and promote the integration of the Hakka traditional decoration culture with the modern decoration art,so as to achieve a good balance of harmonious symbiosis.This article is divided into seven chapters:The first and second chapters are the elaboration of the decorative background of the traditional folk house of Hakka in South Jiangxi.It analyzes the natural conditions and cultural history of the reasons for the formation of the wooden decoration,and combines the various local external factors,such as the migration of the population,the historical evolution,the spread of religion and so on,as well as the internal factors,such as geographical location,climate conditions,and environmental characteristics.The traditional Hakka houses formed by the Hakka are compatible with the local architectural decoration.The third and fourth chapters describe the basic types and patterns of the traditional folk dwellings of Hakka in southern Jiangxi,including the contents of the themes,such as landscape flowers,birds and birds,birds and animals,and character stories,among which most of them have the content of the metaphor of borrowing things and the auspicious implication.The fifth chapter makes a further study on the art of the wood decoration of the Hakka traditional dwellings from the angle of the decorative craft and the law of expression,and interprets the art law of the woodcarving technology and the arrangement and the principle of decoration.The sixth chapter discusses the cultural connotation of the traditional folk house decoration of the Hakka in South Jiangxi,which is divided into the relationship between Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,the secular foundation culture and the inner cultural psychology of the local residents and the traditional wooden decoration of the Hakka in South Jiangxi.The integration that has lasted for several years has formed the present appearance to the world.Wooden decoration plays a role of containing customs,conveying spirit and expressing cultural connotations.The seventh chapter is based on the development and application of the traditional folk house decoration of Hakka in South Jiangxi.The wooden decoration is a kind of non renewable cultural resources.It needs to be paid attention and protection.This chapter tries to make and utilize the wooden decoration from the angle of urban and rural reconstruction and traditional integration,so that the traditional folk house of Hakka in South Jiangxi is made of decorative art.It can be continued and retained.The traditional folk house decoration of Hakka in South Jiangxi is the carrier of regional culture,and its historical value and cultural heritage are immeasurable.Through the study of the ornamental art of the traditional dwellings of Hakka in southern Jiangxi,the traditional wooden decoration culture of Hakka in southern Jiangxi is more recognized and understood,and the elements of the traditional wooden decoration with the Hakka in South Jiangxi are extracted.With modern elements and inheritance and application,the traditional patterns of woodwork decoration are still new.
