Mobile phone addiction is a behavior which refers to ignoring the occasion places, regardless of the consequences of excessive use of mobile phone, following withdrawal symptoms and mood changes what is similar to other addiction behaviors.However, there are not many research results for that at home or abroad. The university campus can be seen everywhere among the college students regardless of the time point, the use of intelligent mobile phone without restraint, this is derived from the new media era unique "mobile phone culture":results from the choice of mobile phone brand, shape, function and appearance decoration,a series of social phenomena have to rely on mobile phone whenever and wherever to solve real life need to face to face communication problems. The over reliance on mobile phone to establish and maintain interpersonal communication mode makes students reduce social involvements and interpersonal realities of interaction, while college students' social anxiety, physical health, academic level, interpersonal trust degree and self-esteem level are all affected in different degrees. Mobile phone addiction tendency has become increasingly prominent. Therefore this study based on Davis' cognitive behavior theory and use random sampling investigation method of the questionnaire, with 500 college students in three universities in Shaanxi Province as subjects,to explore the relationships among social anxiety, interpersonal trust and mobile phone addiction. And inspect the effects of three variables of demographic differences, correlation and predictive relationships, construct with social anxiety as intermediary variables of the intermediary model, then draw the following conclusions:(1)The traditional "dialogues between man and man" interpersonal communication is gradually replaced by "man-machine dialogues", which has become the mainstream trend among college students.(2)The senior students had the highest scores of mobile phone addiction tendency, and mood changes dimensions exist significant differences between freshmen and junior students, sophomores show the lowest score in prominence behavior,while senior students showed the highest score. In withdrawal symptoms exist significant differences between freshmen and senior students.(3)The social anxiety level of college students is at a high level, girls are specially higher than boys.(4)College students' interpersonal trust level is in a high level.There are significant differences between junior students and graduate students.(5)The interpersonal trust, social anxiety and mobile phone addiction tendency are positively pariwise correlation.(6) Interpersonal trust and social anxiety showed a significant positive prediction to each dimension of mobile phone addiction tendency.(7) Social anxiety has partial mediating effect between interpersonal trust and mobile phone addiction tendency.
