With the continuous development of information technology in the field of education,more and more attention has been paid to information technology in education.As a new information technology,electronic schoolbag is the product of development of education and information technology,and also the inevitable requirement of education informatization.In the process of continuous development and advancement of electronic schoolbag pilot teaching,the new teaching environment has created space for the development of both teachers and students.But at the same time,it also poses new challenges to teachers' teaching and students' learning.Under the environment of electronic schoolbag,it is worth discussing whether teachers' teaching methods and students' learning methods have changed,whether classroom teaching has been optimized,and whether the application of electronic schoolbag has encountered obstacles.Therefore,this study is based on primary school English teaching,and based on the relevant theoretical study on the application of the electronic schoolbag.Through the investigation of the current situation of electronic schoolbag in H primary school,this paper explores the problems and influencing factors in application of electronic schoolbag in primary school English teaching,and then puts forward improving strategies.Firstly,through the classroom observation,student questionnaires and teacher interview in electronic schoolbag application in H primary school English teaching,this paper investigates the relevant measures taken by the school for the application of electronic schoolbag by teacher and students,the impact of electronic schoolbag application on teacher's and student's English teaching and learning,the attitudes of teacher and students towards the application of electronic schoolbag,the application of English teaching resources in electronic schoolbag,and the English teaching effect of applying electronic schoolbag to fully understand the current situation of electronic schoolbag application in H primary school English teaching,and to collate and analyze the data obtained.Secondly,according to the current situation,this study found that the main problems in the application of e-schoolbag in H primary school English teaching are: the teacher's low initiative in using electronic schoolbag,teacher's inadequate operational ability in using electronic schoolbag,poor teaching effect in applying electronic schoolbag,students' incorrect attitude in using electronic schoolbag,and limited use of the electronic schoolbag for students after class.Through the questionnaire among students,interview with teacher and classroom observation by the author,the factors affecting the application of electronic schoolbag are analyzed from the aspects of school,teacher,student and electronic schoolbag.The main factors affecting the application of e-schoolbag are:paying insufficient attention to e-schoolbag teaching in H primary school,teacher's inadequate teaching ability in using e-schoolbag,insufficient understanding of the students in using electronic schoolbag,and imperfect electronic schoolbag system platform.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve and enhance the application of electronic schoolbag in primary school English teaching.These countermeasures are put forward mainly from the four levels of the school,teacher,students and electronic schoolbag suppliers.
