With the deepening of world integration,international communication is increasingly strengthened,and the importance of translation is also highlighted.As an important part of human culture,medical materials need the support of translation work.Understanding,introducing and learning from foreign new medical knowledge and achievements can help us promote the development of Chinese medical cause.The supporter of medical knowledge is language,and language is the reflection of these knowledge,and the two are mutually reinforcing.This paper aims to interpret the close connection between the medical hot knowledge and the medical translation,and on the premise of taking the translation skopos theory as the theoretical basis,the author analyzes the concrete examples aims to expand the medical translation domain knowledge reserve,and to ensure the quality and efficiency of the target text at the same time,and finally realize the medical translation standard:precise,concise and normative.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the selection of ECRI(Emergency Care Research Institute).Secondly,the author carries out translation practice for the English text,analyzes different types of problems on the premise of skopos theory,and summarizes the translation strategies and methods used in relevant medical translation.In the end,the author analyzed and summarized the problems to attract more translators to pay attention to medical translation.Finally,the author found,analyzed and summarized the problems,hoping to attract more translators to pay attention to medical translation.And by doing so,we can improve the efficiency of the translation,the quality of the translation,and the promotion of cultural exchanges of Chinese and foreign cultures.
