A Comparative Study Of Tourism Chinese Textbooks Based On Regional Culture

As a kind of special purpose Chinese,the compilation of tourist Chinese textbooks is different from that of general Chinese textbooks.Tourism is a human activity with extremely distinct regional features.In fact,tourism is a process in which people move from one region to another,and travel,sightseeing and entertainment.Therefore,the compilation of tourism Chinese textbooks should also highlight regional characteristics and regional culture.At present,most of the tourism Chinese textbooks in China belong to the ‘panoramic tourism Chinese textbooks' with the background of the whole country,and few of the‘regional tourism Chinese textbooks' with the background of a certain place.Therefore,from a regional cultural perspective,this paper selected the three tourism Chinese textbooks YouXue ShangHai,YouXue ZhongGuo and and GuangDong WenHua Yue Kan Yue JingCai as the research object,from the tourist Chinese knowledge layout and regional culture content statistics two aspects,compared to the three textbooks research,discuss the similarities and differences,analyze the advantages and disadvantages,and gives suggestions for tourism Chinese textbooks written.This paper mainly includes five parts,as follows:First,the introduction.This part mainly introduces the concept of regional culture and the research status of regional culture in foreign language teaching,briefly describes the publication of tourism Chinese textbooks,summarizes the main research results of tourism Chinese textbooks,and the theoretical basis adopted in this paper.Second,the comparison of Chinese knowledge arrangement in tourism.This part mainly from the point of view of textbook compilation,focused on the three textbook style,text,vocabulary,language points,practice five aspects of the arrangement of the characteristics,summed up theadvantages and disadvantages of the three textbooks.Thirdly,regional cultural knowledge and its arrangement of statistical comparison.This part mainly starts from the perspective of regional culture,and makes statistics and comparison on the regional cultural knowledge in the texts of the three textbooks to investigate the actual combination of the contents of the three textbooks and regional culture.Fourth,tourism communication function and its arrangement of statistical contrast.This part mainly investigates the functions of the three textbooks in the aspects of‘food,housing,transportation,travel,entertainment and shopping' from the perspective of communicative functions.Fifth,Suggestions.Based on the comparative analysis of the three textbooks,some Suggestions on compiling tourism Chinese textbooks are put forward based on regional culture.Sixth,the conclusion part.Summarize the main content and viewpoint of this paper,and point out the shortcomings of this paper.
