The history of Indonesian Chinese language educationdisconnected for more than 30 years has caused Indonesia's Chinese language standard to be low overall.Indonesian students have a lot of difficulties in learning Chinese.In the absence of the Chinese language environment,and under circumstance of schools and families,using English as a second language,how to stimulate Indonesian students to learn Chinese,so that students can love Chinese language is a critical problem to Indonesian Chinese descendants.Nowadays,Indonesia has been reforming and opening up for about 20 years.The trilingual schools are springing up in various places.The Indonesian Ministry of Education has also incorporated the Chinese language curriculum into the national education system.It plans to set up Chinese language courses in all schools in Indonesia.This proves the Indonesian government has realized that Indonesia is the country with the largest number of Chinese population outside China.China's strength and rise have created many opportunities.To trade with Chinese people,exchange,and trade with China,need to master Chinese language,this is one of the necessary conditions.Under such circumstances,how to choose the correct Chinese language textbook for the actual situation of Indonesian Chinese language education is the central issue of this article.At present,there are a variety of Chinese textbooks used in Indonesia,published in China's mainland,published in Singapore,published in Malaysia,published in Hong Kong of China,published in Taiwan of China,and also published in Indonesia.To teach a language course or to learn a language,you must first choose a good textbook.The pros and cons of Chinese textbooks directly affect the quality of teachers and the learning outcomes of learners.Therefore,to choose which kind of teaching materials to use,is necessary to do comparative analysis of Chinese textbooks.This paper selects the Chinese series of textbooks published by Beijing Huawen College,the revised series of <<HANYU>> textbooks published by Guangzhou Jinan University Press,and <<Go Chinese>> Edited by the editor of IQ Chinese and published by CENGAGE Learning Singapore to conduct analytical research,comparatively analyzed.The two sets of textbook's.Ideas,content and its arrangement,text topics,vocabulary,grammar points and post-class practice design,etc.,draw the common points and differences of the two sets of textbooks,and put forward personal views on the localization of Chinese textbooks.
