As the Chinese Policy of Economic Reform and Opening up continues to advance,more and more countries begin to bring Chinese into the national education system,so a large number of Chinese teachers are urgently needed.However,volunteer Chinese teachers are the main Chinese teachers at present,so the research on cross-cultural adaptation of volunteer groups has gradually become the focus of scholars.This paper takes volunteer Chinese teachers of Mongolia as the research object,and adopt several methods,such as literature research,questionnaires survey and Statistical Product and Service Solutions to study the status of cross-cultural adaptation of Mongolian Chinese volunteers and the relevant influencing factors.This paper is divided into four chapters,the main content is as follows:The first chapter mainly introduce the research background and problems,research significance and methods,as well as the relevant theories of research summary of cross-cultural adaptation.The second chapter propose two research questions of the volunteers in Mongolia: One is the degree of cross-cultural adaptation of the volunteers in Mongolia;Two is influencing factors of volunteers of cross-cultural adaptation,and three hypothesized factors that influence its cross-cultural adaptation are proposed,respectively is: Demographic factors,Internal factors and External factors,then design a total of six questionnaires,including the basic information of Mogolian volunteers,cross-cultural adaptation scale,and the open topics,and after the recovery questionnaires are carried on the analysis of the reliability and validity,then the data is processed further,so that to provide more reliable basis for next research.The third chapter through the descriptive statistics analysis and the quantitative analysis to find out:volunteers intercultural adaptation is better,the adapation of social culture to the best,followed by psychological adaptation,the last is the teaching adaptation,then uses Independent Samples Student's test and Analysis of Variance to turn out: demographic factors of gender,educational background,major has significant difference to the cross cultural adaptation,age there was no significant difference;There are significant differences in intercultural adaptation among internal factors such as Mongolian language,teaching experience,understanding of Mongolians and their culture,impression of Mongolians,and if communication with volunteers and Mongolians regularly,but overseas experience there was no significant difference.Among the external factors,the teaching institution,the teaching place,the teaching time and if have made Mongolian friends or not all have significantdifferences in cross-cultural adaptation.In the last chapter,based on the research conclusions,the author puts forward some feasible suggestions for the educational departments of China and Mongolia,domestic educational institutions and industrial institutions,Mongolian volunteer Chinese teachers,at last pointed out the direction of follow-up research on the limitations of the research.
