As one of the professional courses of education in higher vocational colleges,piano lessons play an important role.Preschool education is the foundation stage of education,arts,as one of the important areas of preschool education courses,piano lessons can enrich preschool education professional teaching materials,promote the preschool education activity design level,is to improve students' music accomplishment and aesthetic ability important skills.Speed up the development of Xinjiang economy in Xinjiang is the key to the education cause,implement the party's education policy,do a good job in the people's satisfactory education,promote the implementation of the Xinjiang ethnic cultural literacy.For the piano teaching,it is necessary to summarize and summarize the appropriate teaching methods according to the learning characteristics of the students majoring in education.It is expected to learn about the general situation of education professional piano teaching in Xinjiang vocational colleges through observation,questionnaire and interview.To find out the problems and causes of the piano teaching in the preschool education of Xinjiang vocational college,and put forward the rationalization countermeasures,so as to find the breach and improve the professional value.According to research needs,this paper mainly used the participatory observation,questionnaire and interview method,combined with the feasibility of the research object and representation,Xinjiang region selected 3 public university preschool education specialized students and 19 piano teacher,preschool education in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang professional piano teaching various aspects has carried on the investigation and analysis the current situation.Through comparative analysis,this paper sums up the shortcomings of education in the teaching of piano teaching in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang.The study found that the teaching of education piano in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang has the following problems :(1)imbalance between student quality and quantity;(2)teachers ignore students' professional characteristics;(3)the teaching facilities are not properly used;(4)the curriculum structure is not integrated with Xinjiang's multiple characteristics;(5)the teaching content does not combine with the employment demand of graduates in Xinjiang.Positive professional growth is an important factor influencing the teaching of preschool education piano in Xinjiang.Based on the above research,this paper combines the problems existing in the piano teaching of preschool education of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang,and finds out the reasons for the problems :(1)expanding the profession;(2)professional development of teachers;(3)unclear responsibilities of facilities management;(4)lack of unified outline examination standards;(5)there is no need based onXinjiang.According to the analysis of the causes in the current research achievements,and the deficiencies,the author thinks that should be from the following aspects improve the quality of preschool education in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang professional piano teaching:(1)full participation in the talent training quality monitoring;(2)emphasizing the multicultural literacy of national regions;(3)implement the teaching infrastructure;(4)teachers have the ability to design,implement,evaluate courses and practices in accordance with diversity to help all minority students learn the piano;(5)grasp the learning styles of different ethnic students and understand the role of cultural diversity in piano teaching.In view of the current situation of piano teaching of education in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang,the author thinks that it should pay more attention to the students' piano foundation and attach importance to the improvement and development of teachers' majors.According to the diversified demands of Xinjiang,the content of the accompaniment course is enriched with the local minority children's songs.Teachers should strengthen the rational use of teaching methods and pay attention to the guidance of students' learning methods;Reasonable selection of teaching materials should make full use of teaching equipment to actively study atmosphere and strengthen teaching feedback.
