Intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as "intangible heritage")is the essence of a country's traditional culture.With the construction and promotion of the“Belt and Road” cultural corridor,Intangible heritage of Xinjiang has ushered in new opportunities for development thanks to its rich resources and profound cultural connotations.Opportunities always coexist with challenges.The increase in wealth and mobility in the world has brought new challenges to the national native culture.Taking tourism development as a turning point,through the combination of markets,seeking a balance between conservation,inheritance and development,the issue of insolvency in Xinjiang can be further addressed.It can not only improve people's livelihood,adjust economic structure,but also “stabilize the border areas and ensure the development of Xinjiang” to ensure the country's Long-term stability.Through sorting the non-remnant resources in Xinjiang according to five major categories and ten categories,this study takes Xinjiang non-remnant resources at the national and regional levels as the research object.Based on the advanced foreign research experience,the resource basic conditions and resources can be displayed.Three elements of experientiality and development conditions of resources and tourism are used to construct an evaluation system for intangible resources and to evaluate the value of individual resource development for the ten major intangible resources in Xinjiang.Taking the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar as a case study area,it conducts empirical research on Xinjiang non-alcoholic resources tourism and provides scientific basis for the selection and development of intangible tourism resources for resource sites.The main conclusions of the study are:First,resources can be used to demonstrate and experience the level of value of tourism development in Xinjiang's intangible resources;Secondly,product performance and display,various display methods,rich display content,participation,attractive target groups,and transportation and accommodation conditions of resource sites are all major influencing factors that affect tourists' choice of tourism projects;Third,Xinjiang traditional music,traditional arts,traditional dances,traditional arts,and folklore intangible resources belong to the first-and second-tier resources and have a high value for tourism development;folk literature,drama,folk art,traditional sports entertainment and acrobatics,and traditions.Pharmaceuticals,etc.have been evaluated as three or four levels of resources,and their development isrelatively poor;Fourth,Xinjiang's inheritage tourists generally have relatively high education level,relatively stable occupation and relatively high income.The student group is a special group of non heritage tourism tourists,which accounts for a large proportion,but it is influenced by the source of income,and the consumption level is relatively low,which hinders its tourism consumption.According to the different types,preferences and behavior levels of tourists,this study puts forward three traditional development patterns of museums,real stage plays and theme parks and the use of new media technology based on digital new media technology to develop product innovation design and development,and develop and plan tourism products that can minimize the damage to the authenticity of the remains and let tourists enjoy and experience.
