From The Perspective Of Stakeholder Theory Research On The Sustainable Development Of Youth Sports Dance Training Institutions In Fuyang

In recent years,the sports dance project is favored by the youth of our country.The number of sports dance training institutions is increasing year by year,and the development space and prospects are getting better and better.However,at the same time of rapid development,there are many problems hindering the sustainable development of sports dance training industry.From the perspective of stakeholder theory,this paper identifies different stakeholders in Fuyang youth sports dance training institutions,and makes investigation and analysis of the main manifestations.Finally,from the perspective of different stakeholders,it puts forward sustainable development strategies,In order to achieve the healthy and sustainable development of Fuyang youth sports dance training institutions.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics to study,and draws the following conclusions:(1)identification of different stakeholders in Fuyang youth sports dance training institutions: identification of training institutions operators,students and their parents,teachers,venues,sports management departments,Sports Dance Association,industry and commerce Management departments and advertising agencies are the main stakeholders of training institutions.(2)The interest demands of the stakeholders of Fuyang youth sports dance training institutions: the operators,teachers,advertising agents and training venues of the training institutions are mainly based on economic needs,the trainees and parents of the institutions are mainly based on fitness and security needs,and the industrial and commercial administration departments,sports dance association and sports administrative departments are mainly based on order needs.(3)The current situation of all stakeholders in Fuyang youth sports dance training institutions: Fuyang sports dance project started late and developed rapidly.The youth sports dance training institutions are mainly private,and the development of all stakeholders is relatively stable.(4)The main problems of the youth sports dance training institutions in Fuyang City are as follows: weak safety awareness of operators;insufficient supervision of the administrative department and the phenomenon of unlicensed operation;imperfect internal management mechanism of the training institutions;weak publicity and lack of innovation;uneven teaching level of the training institutions.(5)The Sustainable Development Countermeasures of all stakeholders in Fuyang youth sports dance training institutions: managers improve their own ideological awareness,improve the internal management system;parents of youth students identify professional sports dance training institutions to meet the reasonable sports dance needs of the students;young students correct their attitude towards sports dance learning,reasonable allocation of time;teachers improve their own comprehensive Professional ability,focus on the physical and mental development of young people;regular maintenance and improvement of supporting facilities in training venues,providing a safe training environment;innovative forms of advertising and publicity,strengthening publicity;sports and dance association to strengthen institutional cooperation and exchanges,standardize industry development;industrial and commercial administration to increase the strength of in and out audit,regular implementation of supervision;sports administration should emphasize the main body Responsibility,maintain market order.
