As a teaching aid,learning plan guidance has been applied early in teaching practice.For example,teachers preparing lessons before class can be used as the initial stage of learning plan guidance,and then it gradually becomes a specialized teaching method.As a special teaching mode,guided learning with learning plan is widely used in teaching research at home and abroad.Group cooperative teaching mode also has a relatively early origin.In fact,group cooperative teaching concept has been applied into teaching practice for a long time,but as a special teaching concept,it mainly comes from the west.With the continuous innovation of teaching ideas and the continuous development of teaching practice,learning plan guidance and group cooperation teaching model are widely used in teaching practice.With the gradual decrease of class size,small-class teaching has gradually become a mainstream.Due to the development of small class,teachers have more energy to apply learning plan guidance and group cooperative teaching model,which provide basic external support for learning plan guidance and group cooperative learning.Under the background of small-class teaching,learning plan guidance and group cooperative learning have become a mainstream teaching mode.Small-class teaching in the west started earlier and accumulated rich teaching experience.However,our small-class teaching started late,and the systematic research on the theory is not deep enough,especially the practical experience of learning plan guidance and group cooperation in small-class teaching is not rich enough.So this article as a breakthrough point,in small classes to guide the teaching of English to learn case +group cooperation learning teaching mode for further systematic study,to study the small classes in English teaching,case study,and the advantages and disadvantages of group cooperative learning mode,in order to the work of learning and learning in English teaching case to carry on the related theory of complementary and cooperative learning group is rich in practice.Based on collect a large number of relevant literature,the author carries on the earnest digestion,absorption,understand the predecessors' research results andresearch situation,and then to teach school class student to carry on the teaching experiment,by using the method of experimental research on "learning guide research method","team cooperation study method" two kinds of teaching mode has carried on the science of teaching experiments,the study on "learning in learning +team cooperation" for the teaching mode,the systemic research on the high school English class teaching,innovation the relevant teaching mode.This paper puts forward the teaching concept of promoting learning by case,deciding teaching by learning,cooperating to resolve doubts and developing together,and thus puts forward the teaching design process of "practicing one discussion,one lecture and one practice".Through more than one year of follow-up experiments,this study tracked the learning situation of the students in the teaching class in the whole process,mainly to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the learning plan guided learning + group cooperative teaching mode,so as to further improve the quality of English teaching in small classes in senior high schools.Through the analysis of the implementation effect of the teaching model,the results verify that the new model can better cultivate students' autonomous learning ability,English language comprehensive ability,humanistic quality,innovation ability and English learning interest.To improve the level of teachers' educational research ability and promote the trust and cooperation among colleagues.The teaching method of "guided learning with learning plan + group cooperation" cultivates students' willingness to start work,diligence in thinking,courage to practice,courage to question and good learning habits,which strengthens their learning ability and improves their learning efficiency.To be specific,it is embodied in the following aspects :(1)in the process of learning case guidance,students develop a good learning quality of reading,practicing,communicating,commenting,and summarizing.Students' language expression ability has been improved;(2)students' English scores in the college entrance examination were improved.Due to the optimization of classroom teaching structure and active participation of students,the degree of mastery of knowledge learned in each class has been greatly improved and the teaching quality has been guaranteed.(3)through group cooperative learning,students' sense of competition,cooperative ability and team spirit are cultivated,andtheir comprehensive ability is developed.Inspired by the teaching method of "guided learning with learning plan + group cooperation",students' innovative consciousness has been strengthened and their innovative ability has been improved.(4)improve teachers' educational and scientific research ability and promote the trust and cooperation among colleagues.Through the experiment and exploration of the teaching mode of "guided learning by learning plan + group cooperation",we found that this kind of purposeful teaching experiment is helpful to find and solve problems and effectively improve the teaching quality and level.Only group cooperative learning can realize the difference development of students on the common basis and provide quality education for different students.The way of teaching experiment is more scientific,and the index of horizontal and vertical comparison is more reliable.The experimental research shows that the teaching mode of guided learning by learning plan + group cooperation is fundamentally different from the original indoctrination teaching.Through the experiment,we found that the teaching mode of "guided learning with learning plan +group cooperation" has improved the enthusiasm of students,enhanced the sense of responsibility of teachers,and stimulated the sense of cooperation and active independent spirit of students.Through the experiment of this system,some problems and shortcomings are also found out.That is,the teacher's guidance level and degree of responsibility are the key to the learning of "guided learning by learning plan +group cooperation".Therefore,to strengthen the organizational strength of teachers.In group cooperative learning,teachers should make appropriate and timely guidance to students with appropriate language according to the specific situation of the class and group.At the same time,in cooperative learning,efforts should be made to create a warm atmosphere and positive emotions,timely pay attention to the participation of each student in cooperative learning in each group,make appropriate guidance and adjustment,improve the learning efficiency of students,improve students' English autonomous learning ability and comprehensive English language ability,and create conditions for the successful completion of the guided learning program.
