Establish Competency Model、Testify And Intervene Of Education Major Universities

In this research, we establish competency model,testify and intervene to education majoruniversities with literatures analysis, behavioral event interviews, questionnaires and OBtraining methods.Eventually we get the following conclusions:(1) Comprehensive analysis on the statistical analysis of competency frequency, theT-test of average scores to competences in behavioral event interviews and the statisticalanalysis of competency frequency in competency vocabularies questionnaire,we buildcompetency model of education major universities,which included six dimensions likeachievement motivation capability characteristics, personal traits, interpersonal influence,professionalism, emotion regulation.(2) we estabilsh a questionaire named competency self-assessment of education majoruniversities which based on competency model.Then we statistical analysis the results ofquentionaires,confirme that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire meet themeasurement requirements.The self-assessment questionaires are used to verify thecompetency model of education major universities.Results of exploratory factors analysis andconfirmatory fators analysis showd that this competency model is well-structured andvalidity.Competency of education major universities are summrised in this model.(3) We use OB training to design training projects which have detailed targets.Theexperimental group have been trained for nine times.The statistical analysis results of pre andpost test to esperimental and controlled group show that four dimensions like achievementmotivation,capability characteristics,interpersonal influence,emotion regulation and the wholelevel of competency have be improved.This show that OB training as a kind of interventiontool is effective, and we can use it as training applications on the base of competency model.
