With the continuous enhancement of China's national strength,China's influence in the world is also growing,and the world's enthusiasm for Chinese learning is growing,gradually forming a wave of Chinese learning upsurge.In this context,countries and regions around the world that have actual needs for Chinese learning have successively established Confucius Institutes,Chinese classrooms and other Chinese teaching institutions.Mongolia has a long history with China,and has a close border.The cultural and economic cooperation between the two countries has a long history.Mongolia is also very enthusiastic about learning Chinese.Since China sent Chinese teacher volunteers to Mongolia for the first time,Mongolia has received Chinese teacher volunteers' support work with an average of more than 1000 people per year.The hard work of Chinese teachers and volunteers to Mongolia not only brings Mongolian students Chinese knowledge,but also promotes Chinese culture and expands the friendship between the two countries.Due to the fact that Chinese teacher volunteers go to Mongolia to work in other places,their work will be faced with the situation that is obviously different from the domestic work environment.Some Chinese teacher volunteers in Mongolia cannot adapt to the work environment of Mongolia well,and their work quality has been seriously affected.Therefore,this paper analyzes the work adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers in Mongolia,the purpose of this research is to find out the problems and analyze them,and improve the work adaptability of Chinese teacher volunteers in Mongolia.As of January 2019,there are 16 Confucius Institutes and 20 Confucius Classrooms in Mongolia,a total of more than 17,000 Chinese language volunteers have taught in more than 1,000 universities,primary and secondary schools in 73 prefectures in Mongolia,and the number of Chinese students is fast.Increased to more than 1 million.Every year,Hanban of China sends more than 1,000 volunteers to the Basic Education Committee,the Civil Education Committee,the Higher Education Committee,the Vocational Education Committee and the Overseas Chinese School of Mongolia.Volunteer Chinese teachers are not only professors of Chinese knowledge,but also the messengers of Chinese culture and the bridge of friendship between the people of China and Mongolia.The cross-cultural adaptation of volunteer teachers in Mongolia has greatly affected their lives and work in Mongolia.This article takes the volunteers of Chinese teachers in private schools in Ulaanbaatar,Mongolia in 2018 as the research object,randomly selected 100 volunteer teachers,mainly through the questionnaire,from the work adaptation and psychological adaptation Mongolian teachers 'work adaptability research,combined with cross-cultural adaptation theory and human capital theory,provides concrete and feasible suggestions for volunteer Chinese teachers who want to go to Mongolia,will go to Mongolia,and have already gone to Mongolia.With a view to helping volunteers of Chinese language teachers in Mongolia improve their cross-cultural adaptability,reduce cultural conflicts,adapt to work and life in Mongolia faster and better,and successfully complete their work tasks.
