To solve the problem of difficult teaching of Chinese characters,we mustfirst solve the problem of which characters to teach and how to teach in the basicstage.The single character plays an important role in the Chinese charactersystem and the basic stage of Chinese character teaching.However,it is notenough to pay attention to the single character in the actual teaching of Chinesecharacters.Under the guidance of Chinese character configuration system theoryand the Theory of Three Planes Chinese Characters,we investigate the existingChinese teaching materials.It is found that the following problems are commonin the teaching materials: the choice of single Chinese characters is mostlyliterate with the text,the teaching content of Chinese characters stays in thestatic level of the form,sound and meaning,and the practice content needs to beimproved and strengthened.In this paper,the Theory of Three Planes Chinese Charactersand theformation theory of Chinese characters are used to analyze the three dimensionalproperties of single Chinese characters.From the three dimensions of form,structure and function,a new teaching framework of monolithic characters isconstructed.At the same time,it provides the direction for the teaching of singlecharacter in the basic stage of Chinese characters,and broadens the dimensionand content of single character teaching.Based on this,this paper believes thatthe principle of emphasis priority,systematicness and three-dimensionalattribute should be followed in the teaching of Chinese characters.In thecompilation of teaching materials,give priority to or highlight the singlecharacter with clear source and strong word-building ability.The teachingcontent of the single character takes the body recognition as the focus anddifficulty.In terms of function,the cultural function is mainly supplemented bythe function of language symbol,and the function of linking the morphememeaning of single character to the word is emphasized.
