The Research On Equalization Of Regional Social Security In Our Country Based On DEA Model

In recent years,as to construct a socialist harmonious society is put forward and the national concern on the problems of the people's livelihood,social security development in China has made remarkable achievements.To perfect the public finance system,and gradually realize the equalization of basic public services,which is set forth requirements for the equal development of social security.Throughout the studies of social security in our country,research on equalization of social security is extremely rare,this paper attempts to make some efforts in this regard.This paper first introduces the related theory of equalization social security,respectively introduces system and characteristics of the social security,the connotation of the equalization of social security,and theoretical basis of equalization.Secondly,the basic model of DEA,Malmquist index and principal component analysis(pca)are introduced.According to the content of the social security,this paper constructs the evaluating indicators of social security based on the principle of input and output.Because constructed indicators and units cannot meet the conditions of the DEA model,so this paper uses principal component analysis to reduce the dimensionality of indicators,and ultimately gets two input variables and two output variables.On this basis,this paper uses DEA model to confirm differences of the regional social security in our country,which is respectively from static and dynamic perspective.And this paper thinks that the difference is mainly due to shortage of social security's investment,unreasonable structure of social security's investment and social security fund management,etc.Finally,based on the empirical results of the fourth chapter,because level of regional economic development and revenue capacity can affect the amount of social security,and irrational structure of social security is caused by which is that supply of social security can 't satisfy public demand,so this paper makes multiple regression analysis for reasons of causing differences in regional social security from three aspects which are level of regional economic development,revenue capacity and public demand of social security.Then,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions for these reasons.
