Housing demand is people's basic needs.People cannot feel happy,if their housing needs can not be met while pursuing their dreams.Housing demand is non-homogeneity for different people,which means the demand for housing is different.Affordable housing or policy-related house,refers to the house that government provided for the low-income families which limited supply objects,construction standards,the sales price or rent standards with the nature of social security housing.However,the effect of a lot of affordable housing policy implementation does not meet expectations of the policy.An important reason is that it ignores the different needs of affordable housing in different groups.Therefore,under the background of realizing of the Chinese dream and building a harmonious society,studying the difference of rental affordable housing needs of Wuhan can reveal specific status and help to contribute to the implementation of the national strategy to promote the perfection of the affordable housing and problems of people's livelihood,promote the implementation of the process to live the Chinese dream.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods to study low-rent housing and public rental in Wuhan.Firstly,the paper combs the development of housing security system.Secondly,the paper surveys the basic characteristics and the current situation of rental affordable housing in Wuhan in the use of survey methods.Thirdly,the paper establishes a level indicator system of affordable housing satisfaction evaluation and uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analysis the satisfaction of rental affordable housing tenants in Wuhan.Fourthly,the paper uses cross-analysis method to analyze the differences in the demand of rental affordable housing tenants in Wuhan.Lastly,the paper proposes a solution to improve the affordable housing according to the results of this study.After scientific studies,we draw the following conclusions.Firstly,after years of development,we establish and improve a housing security system which consist of affordable housing,low rent housing,capped-price housing,apartments for migrant workers and the other multi-channel,and sometimes the limit rooms and apartments of migrant workers.Secondly,households of lease type of affordable housing residential tenants in Wuhan believe that the neighborhood is far away from the city center and the shopping mall,mostly have two bedrooms,the entire housing area is 16-64 square meters,and a family has more than one person.Thirdly,the overall results of the fuzzy evaluation of households of lease type of affordable housing residential tenants in Wuhan is 2.5020,which is "normal".The results of the fuzzy evaluation of the other indicators are mostly around 2.5,which is the general or dissatisfied.Lastly,different types and monthly income of household have different demand for the location and the building structure,but they all require the same neighborhood environment.
