In recent years,domestic social insurance business has had a rapid development and the scale of the fund revenue has arrived at a millions level.The fast increasing of the scale of the fund revenue increasing the complexity of fund supervision and makes more requirements on the refined management of funds.For the past few years,it’s appalling to find out the amount and the individuals involved in frequent social security fund cases.The traditional reporting regulation of the administrative department is becoming difficult to solve the increasingly frequent fund problems.In order to preferably supervise such huge funds,better manage people’s "keep life money ",and maintain the steady development of the whole society,the social security fund industry needs to establish a set of off-site supervision system.This paper respectively studies on some aspects such as the current situation,demand analysis and the construction of industry index of t he social security fund supervision industry.What’s more,design the system of the social fund supervision,and realize the implementation of the platform.The paper mainly presents as follows:(1)The paper analyzes the current situation of fund supervision of domestic and overseas and draws a conclusion on the current problems and measures in domestic.Moreover,according to the characteristics of management mode and business process of social security fund supervision industry,the paper analyzes several key businesses in the social security fund supervision industry.Also,it puts an emphasis on some operations such as the supervision evaluation and supervision early-warning.The bright spot is on the systematic and creative application of the development of R1 frame and the BISharp to carry out the presentation and analysis with big data.(2)The paper puts forward an idea of establishing the index system for social security fund supervision industry and introduces the establishment method and content of the representative indexes by some examples.It is believed in the paper,by the realizing of the index system,the users ’ efficiency can be enhanced and the safety of social security fund can be maintained.The establishment of the index system from macrocosm to microcosmic ensures the selective and macrocosm to microcosmic application needs of different levels,regions and even different individuals and the achievement of the standardization and systematization of fund supervision.This is another bright spot of this paper.(3)Using the object-oriented analysis and design method,the paper d esigns the social security fund supervision system based on J2 EE multi-tier architecture to implement supervisors’ daily off-site supervision work online in the social insurance enterprise,and improve the work efficiency of supervisors in regulatory automation and verification.In the last part,the paper explains and concludes the application situation and characteristics of the index system.What ’s more,there are expressions about the systematic deficiencies and the expectations of the online application of the index system.Combining with the present situation of the informatization construction of the social security fund supervision industry,and giving full consideration to the supervision and management pattern of the current social insurance fund,the paper designs a social security fund supervision system befitting the fun supervision at 4 levels—the department,the province,the city and the county.Meanwhile,the design idea and design mode have a huge application value for the unified national development of other systems.
