The plan of university student village officer is a national win-win policy which is timely launch to ease the pressure on the employment of college graduates and promote the construction of new rural areas.After years of implementation,this policy does alleviate the problem of the employment of college students to a certain extent,at the same time,strengthen the construction of rural grassroots organizations,and broaden the sources of reserve cadres.But with the expiration of a large number of village official service,the re-employment of these college student village officials has become the most concerned problem gradually,which is whether they should stationed in rural and retain the village cadres,entrepreneurship in rural to serve the construction of new countryside continually,admitted to the civil service,continue advanced Study,or enter into the community to re-employment.Solving and broaden the problem of college graduate village official is the key to the sustainable development of the village official plan.In recent years,village official plan has been concerned by all sectors of society,the academic circles have made a lot of research on the related issues.However,most of the research is qualitative research,quantitative analysis were rare.This paper aims at exploring the influence factors of the problem of the outlet of the university student village officers and put forward corresponding suggestions by combing relevant literature which include the policy,difficulty,satisfaction and a re-employment problem of university student village officers under the perspective of the job satisfaction of College Students' village officials.The job satisfaction of College Students' village officials mainly focus on five aspects: individual characteristics,job income,promotion opportunities,social support and interest in the work itself.While,according to the literature review and policy documents,the re-employment direction of village officer mainly include self-employed,stay the village cadres,admitted to the civil service,take part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools to continue to study and careers separately.In this paper,the author analysis the major influence factors of the five re-employment direction respectively by both quantitative obtained by questionnaire data and qualitative analyses obtained by case interview,and put forward policy suggestions from three levels of macro-meso-micro,thus provide a strong guarantee for the future career development of college student village official.
