Reserch On Performance Management Of Prison Department

With people increasingly concerned about prison internal management,how to measure the prison work is good or bad?Improve performance management such as prison work,and gradually become a hot and difficult problems in the prison,the current study of prison performance appraisal gradually increased,but many still stay for the inspection and assessment,has not risen to the height of the performance management.On the content of the performance management research is relatively small,prison in one of the few studies,mainly focused on the study of prison police performance appraisal,the prison department performance management research is relatively small.In order to improve the management level inside the prison,and constantly improve the prison department performance,based on the analysis of currently widely used in the prison system appraisal target responsibility system,the research in the prison of department performance management experience and the existing problems,and N prison appraisal target responsibility system as case analysis,proposed the prison department performance management to adhere to the idea of "three orientation management",is aimed at exploring the prison department performance management of the effective ways and methods.Thesis mainly includes five parts:the first part mainly introduces the research background,problem,put forward and selected topic significance and the core concept;The second part is the literature review,theory and methods;The third part introduced this paper introduces the basic information of the N prison department assessment;The fourth part analysis the prison department performance appraisal problems and causes,the next step research was forecasted.;The fifth part is the conclusion,based on the thinking on the performance management of the prison,the countermeasures and Suggestions are given.Put forward the prison system to carry out performance management to insist on "three-oriented and one management".
