This article is about the research of H prison police performance management system,performance management theory is the theoretical basis of this paper,on the connotation,content,function and performance management process,performance management tools are introduced,for the analysis of performance management of H prison.Then,the original performance assessment method of the basic situation,H prison analysis,discovers the existence of loopholes in the original assessment methods,according to the actual situation of H prison with the performance management theory,designed for the H prison,a new performance appraisal system,the new evaluation system of assessment content,assessment standards and specific indicators are discussed update,from morality,ability,diligence and achievement,low-cost five assessment guards carry out the work,hope for administrative efficiency and help to improve the ability of the prison. |
