A Study On The Social Work Intervention Of Community Autonomy In The Urban-rural Region

Since the policy of community construction and community governance was put forward in our country,the community autonomy has become the development goal and practice direction of community governance in the new era,as well as the focus and difficulty to achieve community governance.Based on the background of urbanization of villages in China,the study and exploration on the autonomy models of heterogeneous community and targeted community has become the key issue of community autonomy.As a legacy of urbanization development,the community in the urban-rural region integrates all the typical problems and sharp contradictions.And the difficulty of community autonomy has always been a complex problem discussed by academia and society.In the process of the implementation of government purchasing service,more community organizations are encouraged to participate in the community work.Combined with professional community social work values and service skills,the community autonomy structures will be optimized and the community governance will be realized.So how does the social work get involved in the community autonomy in the urban-rural region?Social interaction is a dynamic process in which the individuals,individuals and groups,groups and groups interact with each other in psychology and behavior through exchange,cooperation,conflict,competition and coercion.The core of using it in the community is to make the community residents participate in the public affairs of the community,and finally realize the self-management,self-education and self-service by the community residents,from self-awareness to problem-solving.Practical experience has proved that the main factors restricting and influencing the community autonomy in the urban-rural region are the low participation of community residents and social organizations,the weak awareness of community autonomy,and the lack of autonomy ability.Improving the social interaction ability is an effective strategy and implementation path to promote community autonomy.Based on the theory of social interaction,the autonomy practice of the community A in the urban-rural region of Pidu district in Chengdu is taken as the research object.Meanwhile,some methods are used in this paper,such as literature review,observation,interview and questionnaire to collect data.It is found that the research on community autonomy in the urban-rural region is in the exploratory stage at present,and there are almost no cases to learn from and imitate.In the view of the dilemma,contradiction,heterogeneity,particularity and diversified needs of community A in the urban-rural region,community social workers who are guided by the values of "helping people to help themselves","people-oriented" and "appropriate service" promote community autonomy by community interaction,professional methods and specific service activities to achieve the community autonomy.Under the intervention of professional social work,the community A has achieved remarkable results in the process of autonomy.The internal and external environment of the community has been improved.The community awareness of the community residents has been improved.The internal unity function of the residents has been sublimated.The community governance structure has been optimized.The social organization function of the community has been enhanced,and the development and process of community autonomy has been effectively promoted.At the same time,the autonomy experience of community A also reflects a series of problems.Firstly,the deep-rooted policy system limits the action of community autonomy.Secondly,diverse community culture influences the participation consciousness of community residents.Finally,weak social interaction hinders the process of community autonomy.The urgent task is to improve the professional quality and value concept of social workers,broaden the cooperation among communities,social workers and volunteers,strengthen the cooperation and exchange between institutions of social workers,enhance the cooperation between the institutions of social workers and local universities,and jointly cultivate more professional and local social workers.So as to realize the localization practice of community autonomy in the urban-rural region,promote the stable and rapid development of community construction,and promote the harmonious development of society.
