Design And Implementation Of The Police Integrated Application System In Local Police Station Based On PGIS

The grassroots police station is the first line of public security organ,and the source of the police information.The informatization construction of grassroots police station is the primary task of public security organ carrying out the four construction.With the rapid change of social environment,grassroots public security situation brings up new demands and new tasks for grassroots police reform,which require that grassroots police officers should strengthen law enforcement and its frequency,stabilizing grassroots environment safety.However,the positioning of current police informatization construction for grassroots police station mostly exists in data gathering and collection,along with the low level of informatization of police affairs and deficient police resources in grassroots local police station.In order to tackle this issue,a set of comprehensive and relevant police business information-based system must be established which can offer the daily police skill training,cases handling,scheduling service commanding and improve the efficiency of grassroots police affairs disposal and informatization level.The paper would research and analyze the demand for police geographic information and police alarm information during the daily police work,coupled with daily work in police department,studying the issues of sharing and integration of police information resources.On the basis of PGIS platform,online video monitoring,bayonet snap system,Hotel Management System,net-bar management system,data of police integrated system for police conditions and other system data will be organically integrated into police comprehensive application system through the external system data interface designing.Furthermore,the paper has offered police comprehensive application system based on PGIS,and introduced the main function and interface through the designing of the external system data interface,including common application,comprehensive inquiry,police situation and system management module,in which the common application section meet the demand of grassroots police affairs which offer the six parts including video surveillance,bayonet checking,hotel checking,net-bar checking and police alarm checking,meanwhile,the paper illustrates the module function,major business function.Police Integrated Application System not only is used in line with related standard technically,but has proved to be accurate on function and technology through the broad participation of grassroots police as well,playing a positive role and social benefits.
