The Governmental Surveillance Of Network Public Opinion Under The New Media Environment

With the development of Internet technology,network communication becomes more and more convenient,more and more new media is also mentioned,although the concept of new media have a lot of controversy,it is undeniable that in the new media era,the media is no longer the exclusive occupation which belongs to the field of media people,that can be more and more involved in new media which consists of individual users of the public,a new media voice,which brings people the main text,a new interactive intermediary to the government and the public,and also put forward a new challenge to the government's public opinion work.At present,domestic and foreign to the emergency network public opinion supervision theory research and practice are of great impor tance,and the formation of some experience,the C hinese government public opinion monitoring and achieved initial results,such as the relevant laws and policies of public opinion monitoring gradually improved,some institutions have begun to set up public opinion monitoring,public opinion monitoring technology continues to mature;at the same time,the government in the public opinion monitoring practice there are many problems,mainly are the main position of public opinion monitoring is unclear,the go vernment monitoring of network public opinion,public opinion on the government is not enough system evolution process cannot control and guide the strategy of government public opinion monitoring is not optimization.The author holds that the essence of t he so-called government monitoring of Internet public opinion is the two parts of monitoring and controlling internet public opinion,in which monitoring is the means and control is the purpose.Therefore,in this paper,we set up a relatively scientific a nd relatively comprehensive monitoring mechanism by studying relevant theories and focusing on the case of Wei Xi Xi incident.Combined with the rule of public opinion development and the characteristics of Internet public opinion in China,we gave an optimization strategy to guide public opinion.
