Research On Village-Leval Organizational Governance In Dongyuan County

China is a socialist country under the people's democratic dictatorship,the essence of which is that the people are the masters of their own country,and the rural population of our country accounts for about 70% of the total population.Thus,it can be seen that the broad masses of peasants are the main body of our country in building a prosperous,strong and democratic socialist country.The governance of village-level organizations is also the key content of socialist democratic construction in China.The village-level organization government is the most extensive self-governing organization which contacts with the broad masses of peasants,and also is the key bridge to transmit the national policy of benefiting farmers and the basic demands of the peasants,and to realize the common between the state and the peasants.However,at present,for various reasons,there are some problems in the governance of village-level organizations in our country.As a result,the basic interests of the peasants have been lost,thus causing their dissatisfaction with the government,seriously affecting the image of the Party and the government,and causing certain negative effects on the socialist democratic construction of our country.Based on the above content,this paper takes the village level organization governance as the research topic,taking Dongyuan County of Heyuan City,Guangdong Province as an example,and carries on the research to the present situation of the village level organization governance by the form of the questionnaire.In order to better understand the present situation of the village level organization governance in our country,and analyze the existing problems of the village level organization governance in Dongyuan County,and analyze the causes of the existing problems from the angle of politics,economy and history,etc.The purpose of this paper is to further understand the problems existing in the governance of village organizations and to provide practical basis for solving these problems.Although village-level organizations are autonomous organizations,they should undertake the policies of the state and the party,carry out,implement and carry out their will in the countryside,and lead and assist other village-level organizations to jointly maintain the basic order in rural areas in order to ensure rural stability and harmony.Provide solid stabilizer and reservoir for the realization of China's modernization.At present,the basic national conditions of our country,which is still a large agricultural country,have not changed.When the urbanization process is still unable to bring most of the rural areas into the country,the agricultural population still occupies the majority of the national population.It is not only related to the success of the construction of the state power that whether the party organizations at the village level have the combat effectiveness and the ability to act.It is also related to the success or failure of socialist cause and the important question of whether the CPC can be in power for a long time.
