Research On The Implementation Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Policy In T Town Of Panjin

This thesis takes T town of Panjin City as a case,through reading and collecting relevant data and documents,questionnaires,field surveys,individual interviews and other methods,applying Smith’s policy implementation model as a theoretical analysis framework,and combining the specific situation of the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation policy,to analyze the occurred problems when operating this policy from the policy itself,the implementing agency of the policy,the target group of the policy,the implementation environment of the policy,and the interactive relationship formed between them.Analysis and study to find out the causes of the problems and propose solutions to the problems based on this will not only have positive effects on the improvement of the targeted poverty alleviation policy itself and the improvement of the implementation effect,but also play a certain reference role in the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation work in other regions.The paper is divided into five points.The first,introduction.It mainly describes the background of the topic,the significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovation points;the second,the definition of related concepts and theoretical explanation.A precise definition of poverty alleviation and policy implementation has been clearly defined.The basic content of Smith’s policy implementation model has been elaborated.The third point is an overview of the implementation of the Targeted Poverty Alleviation Policy in T Town and issues arising during its implementation.The fourth point analyzes the causes of the implementation of the Poverty Alleviation Policy in T town.Applying the theory of Smith’s policy implementation model,the reasons for the implementation of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Policy in T town are analyzed from four perspectives: idealized policy,implementing agency,target group,and environmental factor.the fifth,the countermeasure analysis of T town to solve the problems of Targeted Poverty Alleviation policy implementation.According to the specific situation of T town,the corresponding methods should be given based on local conditions and facts,so as to solve the problem properly.
