Research On The Optimization Of CPC Organizational Activities Of Postgraduate Party Members

In the new era,the CPC organizational activities is an important form of education,management and supervision of master student members in colleges and universities.As a young high-level specialized talents group,whether or not the master student member has a strict organizational activities and training during their schooling is directly related to the quality of the Communist Party's reserve force team construction.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the master student members,it is of great practical significance to explore how to further optimize the CPC organizational activities in master student members.By investigating the living conditions of the Party Organizations of the master student members in 30 colleges and universities,the author shows that the current activities of CPC Organizations in colleges and universities has achieved certain results.For example,"three classes and one lesson" system can be carried out as scheduled in most of the master's party branch,and new online media technology is widely used in the CPC Organizational Activities.Most Branches have a fixed Party-day activity system and most master student members can regularly report ideas to the CPC Branch.However,there are also problems,like master student members misunderstand the CPC Organization Activities;they lack of enthusiasm;the development of the CPC Organization's Activities on various levels;the problems with the conduct of the meeting;the singleness of the form;and the emergence of new formalism.The reason is that the system of party affairs instructors in colleges and universities needs to be strengthened,the supervision mechanism for the development of the CPC organizations needs to be further improved,the education of the CPC Branch secretary needs further improvement,and the discipline construction of master student members participating in CPC Organizational Activities needs to be rigorous.In light of the problems existing in the current activities of the master student members,this article has optimized the CPC Organizational Activities of master student members in four aspects.The first is to consolidate the system and norms of the activities of the master student party members from the optimization of the ideological education of the master student party branch and the strict organizational activities of the master student party members.The second is to optimize the contents of the party student activities of the postgraduate students from the establishment of a party chapter discussion group and integration of red resources into organizational activities.The third is to optimize the form of the party student organization of the postgraduate student from the heart-talking,criticism,self-criticism,and party-day activities.Fourth is to optimize the assessment of the postgraduate student and pay attention to the feedback of the postgraduate student on the activities of the CPC organization.Optimize the Party affairs instructors' team to improve the evaluation system of the CPC Organization Activities of the master students.
