The Challenges And Countermeasures Of "the Belt And Road Initiative" Brought By Non-traditional Security Issues In Middle East Region

“The Belt and Road Initiative” is another great strategic move of the party and government,which is under the leadership of General Secretary Xi in the new era.The implementation of the “Belt and Road Initiative” will surely promote the collaborative development of China and other countries within “The Belt and Road Initiative”.To a large extent,It marks a major shift of China's role in international relations.China has become the active actor and shaper in international community and the international order.China was the the spectators or participants in the past.However,objectively speaking,as a development plan involving many countries and most of their population,“The Belt and Road Initiative” is not common in the history of China's foreign relations.At the same time,the countries involved in “The Belt and Road Initiative” have different national conditions,their social structures and values are diverse.How to coordinate the relations between countries has a direct impact on the final implementation and development of “The Belt and Road” Strategy.Because of its unique position,Middle East plays an important role in the“The Belt and Road”.As an intersection of the Maritime and Terrestrial Silk Roads,Middle East has extremely important status in the international community due to its unique religious,cultural and ethnic characterics.Therefore,the security situation in Middle East also includes non-traditional security and traditional security.Non-traditional security risks should be paid special attention when China implements“The Belt and Road Initiative”.In the process of building “The Belt and Road”,Chinese government should put emphasis on the role of Middle East region.The region will also play its due role in safety cooperation?economic and trade cooperation?humanities exchange under the framework of“The Belt and Road”.The goal is to achieve strategic connection between China and Middle Eastern countries.Therefore,from the perspective of management,this paper studies the interests of China in Middle East under the “The Belt and Road Initiative” and the non-traditional security challenges that these interests are facing.We also hope that we can sum up the measures to these challenges in the light of reality.The purpose is to carry out “The Belt and Road Initiative” successfully in Middle East.
