A Study On The Governance Of Involution With Regard To Postgraduate CPC Cells At Universities

Postgraduates are highly educated in youth group,so the cultivating mode is significant to the development of the Communist Party and a crucial step towards the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation.Under the discipline of “comprehensively strengthening the construction of the Communist Party”,heightening as well as improving the leadership and management are fundamental to Chinese characteristic colleges and universities.This dissertation is based on the data of investigation at 19 universities in Henan province by carrying out fieldwork for the CPC postgraduates and cadres,and thus described the status quo,characteristics and main problems in postgraduate CPC cells.Presently,the phenomena do accord with the characteristics of the Involution theory.From the perspective of the institutions and humans respectively,this survey summarizes the special features and deeply searches for the generating mechanism of problems.On the basis of Organizational Equilibrium Theory and Structural-Functionalism,the writer then reduces to two models-rational punctuated model and rational growth model.The first kind of organizations wouldn't be ‘organisms',that are autonomously responsive and functional by stressing external intervention and policy implementation and downplaying the roles of human.The second model wound be consecutive but enclosed for reason that the initiatives of Party members are likely to be restrained as the policies became more and more minute and meticulous.On that account,the organizations would be ungrounded and passive.Hence the dissertation puts forward to the third model-Sustainable developmental model,which focuses on the continuous interactions between people and policies.This model could likely adapt to the outside world changes and insure that the strategic goals be achieved in a upward spiral.
