At present,our country is in a new historical starting point of the "four comprehensive" strategic layout,which requires the government to change its functions in a timely way.To realize the strategic transformation of government function is to strengthen the government's public service function,by the control of the government to change the service type government,to promote the transformation of government functions.First of all,we should survey the public needs of the actual situation,found between the supply of public and social demand gap,so that the public the growing demand for public services are met.The construction of service oriented government should take the public interest as the starting point,and the people's satisfaction as the evaluation index and final destination.In the 90's of the 20th century public satisfaction evaluation has been the focus of academic experts and competing on,public satisfaction has become reflect and measure the construction of public service system is one of the criteria for the effectiveness.Only with the people first,the public's satisfaction in the first place,in order to promote the equalization of social services,to promote the continuous improvement of the public service system.By reading a lot of literature,in-depth analysis the public satisfaction into the possibility and inevitability of the public domain,and based on the in urban and rural grassroots field research results,through the research and analysis of the survey data,points out the problems existing in the supply of public services in local government,further put forward to enhance public satisfaction strategy choice,for decision-making departments to enhance their level of public service provision to provide a reference.On the basis of the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,the public satisfaction degree of the basic public service of the county government was evaluated and studied.The framework of this thesis consists of six parts.The first part,introduction.This chapter explains the origin and significance of the study,based on,further summarized research progress of domestic and foreign government basic public services,public satisfaction situation.Based on the proposed framework for the research,writing ideas and innovation.The second part,the relevant theoretical analysis.Focus on clarifying and explaining public services,basic public services,public satisfaction,the county government grassroots services and other key concepts.It further elaborates the particularity of the county government and the basis of providing basic public service.The third part,data collection and analysis of statistical results.After introducing the design of the survey,the paper uses the simple random sampling method to determine the scope of the questionnaire,and the questionnaire is issued and returned.Next,using SPSS software for data analysis,the final results are described.The fourth part,reason analysis.This chapter summarizes the research results of the questionnaire,draws the conclusion,according to the research findings,analyzes the reasons for the low public satisfaction of the county government public service projects.The fifth part,policy recommendations.From the county government's public service public satisfaction low start,find out the crux of the problem,suit the remedy to the case,put forward improvement strategies.The sixth part,research conclusion and prospect.On the basis of summarizing the achievements and shortages of the research,this paper puts forward the prospect of further research in the future.
