Study On Emergency Management System Of Urban Rail Power Supply System

At present,the traction of subway and light rail is mostly used by electric power,and most of them are DC power supply.This thesis focuses on the emergency power supply equipment failure emergency case,stressed that the implementation of the whole process of management of potential emergencies,namely prevention,preparation,response and recovery in four stages,basic emergency management research in the industry,combined with the Zhengzhou city rail traffic emergency management present situation,from the perspective of how to advance warning of emergency event management system meaning,a warning from the emergency events in how to manage emergency support,to minimize the impact event,then from the emergency event management analysis,contingency analysis,corrective measures to develop quality,staff training,corrective measures implementation details about emergency event management,and put forward the emergency management in urgent need of a complete set the emergency scene of ideas.In order to improve the ability of the power supply system to prevent and deal with the emergency of the power supply system and minimize the impact and loss,this paper,through the industry investigation and analysis,consulted a large amount of information on the emergency system of the early construction of rail transit in the north and Guangzhou,analyzed the present situation of the emergency management of the power supply system,and put forward the emergency events.The three temporal management ideas of pre,event and ex post and the main countermeasures for emergency management of power supply system have formed four practical text rules for the study of early warning system,emergency emergency support system,emergency incident analysis and evaluation system and the principle of emergency disposal of urban rail power supply system.The emergency management of power supply system provides a guiding guideline for equipment troubleshooting and emergency response system.The application of feedback and revision system,through the operation of the actual production improvement,application research and research results of thesystem,better for the city of Zhengzhou city rail transit power supply system of emergency disposal system has made the basic research more effectively,provide a guarantee for the improvement of Zhengzhou city rail transit power supply system of emergency disposal system.Strengthen the power supply system of safety management,the implementation of accident prevention and risk control measures,effectively prevent serious power system equipment failure,strengthen emergency management,early-warning,evaluation and optimization of emergency emergency emergency disposal process clear,avoid improper expansion events.The emergency disposal system of power supply system shall be established,and a scientific and effective power supply recovery plan shall be worked out,and power outage rescue and emergency disposal exercises shall be carried out to improve the comprehensive disposal capability of large area blackouts and emergency rescue.
