Research On Public Service Supply Under The Background Of Smart Government Construction

Smart government is a new concept put forward on the basis of smart city construction.Its communication and development rely on new technologies such as big data,Internet,cloud computing,etc.At present,information technology has become the most important means for the public to obtain service demand,and the public demand for public services provided by the government has become increasingly complex and diversified.Under the background of smart government,it is an important task for the government to reform and optimize the supply of public services,and also an important means to transform the functions of the government and build a service-oriented government.This paper discusses the countermeasures and methods of Taiyuan public service supply optimization under the background of smart government construction.From the content,this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.The second part analyzes the related concepts and theories.The third part analyzes the challenges and opportunities of public service supply under the background of smart government.The fourth part points out the current situation of public service supply in Taiyuan under the background of smart government,and further puts forward the problems and analyzes the reasons.The fifth part,under the foreshadowing of the previous chapters,based on the local reality,and guided by the problems,further puts forward the way to improve the public service supply of Taiyuan municipal government.This article studies the current situation of public service supply in Taiyuan from the public service supply side.It believes that at this stage public service supply has achieved certain results,but there are still many problems.And through improving the top-level design,innovating the productive and supplied mechanism,promoting intelligent supervision and other means to improve the supply of public services in Taiyuan,further improve the supply capacity and level of the government and public organizations to meet the diversified supply needs of citizens.
