Background: At present,China is in a phase of rapid population aging and population aging speed in the four stages of development(1999-2020year),2016,"13th Five-Year" plan will be implemented to establish home-based,community-based organizations,supplemented by the social welfare system,comprehensive data can be seen in the past 10 years the number of basic pension services,every year China's changes in the number of pension service agencies are on the rise in China,its important position in the basic pattern of old-age pension services cannot be ignored,such performance is related to the health level of the elderly people of the region,but also to promote the success of the most basic and most important healthy aging link.The concept of social capital has been widely popular in the academic circles,the general social capital as referred to as human capital and material capital into three human capital form,because of its characteristics is a multi-dimension and multi-level and broad meaning,research on organizational social capital impact on the organization is not a new topic,in improving social capital the enthusiasm of internal staff,innovative organization,and the performance of the whole organization will be of great advantage.The social capital theory into the research of pension service organization,through the system,a comprehensive exposition of the old service organization of social capital,to explore the factors of social capital factors on the role of promoting organization performance and influence analysis of pension service organization social capital performance service organization influence the path of the elderly helps to develop and effectively utilize intangible the resource potential,promote the physical capital,human capital and information capital in the field of healthy aging of the effective integration and reasonable allocation.Objective: The relationship between social capital and organizational performance analysis to elderly service organizations,try to start from the middle level of social capital,social capital development strategy to dig out the manpower and material resources outside,and thus enhance the elderly service organization service ability,better for our health aging services.Methods: Literature review,sorting out domestic and foreign social capital research status,data and data about the performance of the pension service organization,and designing the questionnaire of organizational social capital and organizational performance.Based on cluster sampling and random sampling,114 elderly service organizations in 3 cities,6 counties(3districts),12 streets(6towns)were surveyed in the economically developed,moderately developed and underdeveloped cities of Anhui province.Data entry,statistical description and statistical analysis are done by Epidata3.1 and SPSS16.0 software.UNCINET16.0 is used to draw up the network connection graph of the organization.NVIVO11.0 carries out the coding analysis of qualitative data.Result:(1)The demographic characteristics of the respondents in the surveyThe survey form people very familiar with the basic information of the organization core members including organization founder,responsible person and core management personnel,the basic situation of the Organization questionnaire including gender,age,education,professional qualification,and in the organization work,work time are 7 basic conditions.The characteristics were compared,in the old service organization core members of male dominated,accounting for 60.5% of the proportion of the total;age in the elderly,hierarchical distribution at the age of 41-60,the proportion of young minimum is only 22.2%,even lower than the level above the age of 60 accounted for26.5%;culture the core members of the degree to lower,junior high school the following qualifications accounted for nearly half of the total population of up to 42.1%,only 7 people with bachelor degree or above;majored in,focus on finance and the humanities class technology,medical and social service professionals accounted for only 5.4% and 6.2%;in the organization undertake work in 2 logistics personnel as in the organization,the other is the main person in charge and management personnel;personnel in the organization's work time in 0-5 years,accounting for more than 53.5%,6-10 years of relatively high proportion,36%;whether in specific professional qualifications The 75.2% core members,no relevant qualifications,24.8% of the staff have the relevant qualifications including nursing staff,nursing qualification certificate,nurse qualification certificate,the division of human resources management.(2)Organization of the basic situationThe basic situation of the study was organized in 11 categories: organizational establishment time,type,registration,and county area,undertaking business,adoptive elderly type,funding source,organization scale,bed number and bed utilization rate.The younger group,67.5% in 0-10 years,the highest proportion,founded more than 20 years group accounted for 24.6%,accounting for the lowest intermediate organization,accounting for 7.9%;in the type of organization,currently on the market for elderly service organizations and private non enterprise directly under the Civil Affairs Group,accounting for the ratio of 45.6% and 40.4%;in the condition of registrations,90.4% organizations for civil registration,only 6.1% are not legally registered / registration;mode of operation is based on the public building,public building ratio of more than 60%,but there are still 30.7% for the private sector in the business organizations;look,boarding services provide a maximum ratio of 77.2%,and a few new service organizations to carry out the daycare and pension platform to provide door-to-door service and is now a popular business combination of medical care service market also occupies in the elderly A certain share in the elderly;but adoption limit,only 57.9% of the organization has no limitation to the adoption of the elderly health,specifically for the adoption of semi self can't even take care of the elderly,the organization is small;the normal operation of the maintenance organization funding situation,44.7% of the organization is mainly rely on the business income.And the government funded pension funds covering the organization lower proportion,respectively 43% and 40.7%,only 10.5% of the organizations that have received donations;54.4% in the organization of the personnel organization scale of only 1-7 people,7-12 people accounted for 21.9%,more than 12% of the 23.7%;the subsidy levels below $50 thousand the largest proportion of more than 52.6%,5-10 million level accounted for 11.4%,while more than 100 thousand of the funds for units accounted for 36%;while the scale-beds in the organization on the 25.4% of the tissue beds were below management performance,the organization staff in 7-12 human tissues showed(OR=7.23)organization management performance better,the amount of subsidy has(OR=5.78)years management performance better in more than 100 thousand organizations,and beds the utilization rate of the effect is not too large(OR=0.07);in health care,found no statistically significant effect on the basic situation of organization performance in the organization of health care;auxiliary services,staff and the number of beds will further increase the auxiliary service performance of the organization,the organization staff compared to the number of 7-12 people in other organizations are very the development of ancillary services(OR=20.12),more than 100 pieces of tissue beds are more powerful to carry out ancillary services in(OR=25.28);organization performance,there were significant differences in(OR=0.17)between the organization and the performance of the total commitment to business,the total number of staff performance in more than 7 higher than the total number less than 7 people in the organization,in the possibility of 7-12 people total high performance more than 7 people(OR=0.37),while the number of organizations working in the possibility of 12 people the organization with high performance than 7 people in the organization(OR=0.32).(4)Organizing the relationship between social capital and organizational performanceMultivariate analysis showed that the organization's social capital dimensions,specifications will affect infrastructure performance to the organization,compared to standard relatively poor level of organization,the performance standard of infrastructure of higher levels of organization will have a better common vision;(OR=.55)dimensions of organizational social capital will affect the organization's business development,a common vision the relatively high possibility of business organization is 2.98 times of common vision low organization;organization of social capital in the normative dimension will affect the management performance,compared with the standard design of incomplete organization,standard system more complete more favorable organization management(OR=5.81);interactive dimensions can affect the organization's health care performance.The more interaction between the members of the organization,namely organization and civil affairs departments,such as superior organization and service object,more conducive to Organization health care business,the activity of better health care performance is more closed organization(OR=4.93).It has not been found that dimensions of social capital dimension affect the organization's performance of plan and execution,and auxiliary business performance.Conclusion:1.According to the domestic and foreign research model of social capital,and combined with the current development of China's pension services organization,the pension service organization social capital questionnaire and organizational performance questionnaire developed,validity analysis results showed that the questionnaire structure validity,internal consistency is good,evaluation of the measurement of social capital and organizational performance for pension services organization.2.The research on the relationship between social capital and organizational performance of the old-age service organization is the 114 old-age service organizations in Anhui province.The survey results show that social capital organizations standardize the organization will affect the infrastructure performance of the organization;the shared vision between organizations of the organization's business expansion effect;organizational norms will have a greater impact on organizational management performance;organizational interaction will affect the organization's health care service performance.There is no statistical relationship between the social capital items of the organization and the organizational plan and the performance of the executive power and the performance of the auxiliary business.3.According to the pension service institutions and organizations responsible for the content of the interview to enhance organizational performance related to social capital,sort out three suggestions to improve organizational social capital,the practice direction of active adjustment in the unequal social structure organization,create vertical social capital;the government should adjust the direct supervision and management departments for policy tilt drives the cultivation of social capital;the organization's own open basic personnel system,pay attention to the cultivation of horizontal social capital.
