Research On Poverty Governance In Guangxi Multi Ethnic Areas Under The Threshold Of Public Governance

Poverty is a chronic disease of human society,and the eradication of poverty is the common aspiration of mankind.The outline of the 13 th five-year plan for China's national economic and social development clearly sets out the target task for the overall poverty reduction of the poverty-stricken population,namely,to solve the regional poverty problem as scheduled by 2020.Poverty in our country the emphasis and difficulty in crucial in ethnic minority areas,the innovation path for poverty alleviation in national regions,a breakthrough in a new government,the national regional poverty alleviation and development,social harmony and stability,the masses of all nationalities is of great importance to the common prosperity for all.With the advancement of minority areas out of poverty crucial process,poverty alleviation and development mode of traditional government single center defects appeared gradually,and the governance mode because of its participation,diversity,and diversity characteristics of cooperatives,should be the new concept of the national regional response to poverty and direction.Based on the governance theory as the theoretical analysis tools,this paper studies the guangxi multi-ethnic populated areas of poor governance issues,hope through in a multi-ethnic populated counties in longlin county as the research object,explore the government and social organizations,government and enterprises,government and the poor mutual collaboration poor public governance mode,put forward the implementation of the integrity of anti-poverty in guangxi governance countermeasures and Suggestions.
