A Long-term Mechanism For The Responsibility Of Township Civil Servants

In order to promote the economic development of rural areas,speed up the progress of agricultural modernization and improve the income level of rural residents,the township civil servants must play the role of the first soldier and model,dare to take responsibility and be responsible,in order to build a responsible long-term mechanism of the township civil servants.In township administrative work,township civil servants shoulder great responsibilities and missions.They are not only the implementers of national policies,but also the implementers.On the basis of the theory of the new public service,the theory of governance and good governance and the theory of the responsible government,seven towns and townships in Dingyuan county are taken as the research object,and the author makes a questionnaire on the responsibility of the township civil servants.Check.Through the investigation,it is found that there are many problems in the responsibility of township civil servants,such as lack of incentive,lack of public service,lack of vitality of the cadres,lack of executive ability,lack of quality of service and lack of awareness of taking the initiative.The reason is mainly due to imperfect incentive system,imperfect team construction,inadequate welfare treatment and insufficient public service capacity.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the responsibility of the township civil servants as a long-term mechanism: to improve the incentive system,to improve the construction of the team,to improve the welfare treatment,to optimize the service of the government,and so on.It has a strong effect on improving the administrative service ability and coordination of the whole team.
