The job of township has little power but has much press.The female civil servant in the township is a special group of women,not only has the universality of women,but also has the particularity of township civil servants.They are exposed to work stress in their daily work that is different from other civil servants..As a special force,female township civil servants play an important role in building beautiful countryside,developing rural tourism,developing the village collective economy,and resolving conflicts and disputes.With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the release of a comprehensive two-child policy and the promotion of a strategy for rural revitalization,the requirements for female township civil servants are also getting higher and higher.The issues they face are more complex and work press is more diversified.Many female township civil servants have physical,psychological and behavioral problems.And they have been repeatedly mobilized or resigned.This paper takes the township female civil servants as the research object.Through investigating the current situation of the work press of female township civil servants in the B District of Putian City,the paper presents a systematic and in-depth theoretical and empirical analysis of the work press of female township civil servants.The measures to improve and alleviate the work press of female township civil servants are expected to provide inspiration for the improvement of our policy of caring for basic level civil servants.The paper includes four sections.The first part,introduction.It mainly includes research background and research significance,domestic and foreign research review and literature review,research ideas and research methods and the contribution of the research.The second part,the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis.It Includes the definition of related concepts such as female township civil servants,stress,work stress,work stressors,work stress management,and gender.It explains the P-E model?JDCS model?ERI model Work/Family Border Theory in the areas of public administration,psychology,organization,and sociology involved in this study.This section mainly explains some relevant theories used in the analysis of the work press of female township civil servants.The third part analyzes the work press performance and source of work press among female township civil servants in B district of Putian City.Based on the investigation of the female township civil servants in the B District of Putian City,the performance of work press of the female township civil servants are described,and the sources of occupational stress are analyzed.The fourth part is to solve the work press of female township civil servants.Mainly from the individual level,the government department organization level and the society level to eliminate the work press of the female township civil servants.
