With the continuous development and progress of the society,more and more enterprises and even the government have begun to focus on the inner feelings of caring for social groups.The "happiness" has gradually become a measure of the quality of life,economic and political environment,social development level and even developed countries.Important reference indicators.However,as an important force to promote grassroots governance system and modernization of governance capacity,township civil servants have not always had a high overall happiness and job satisfaction,low work efficiency,and greatly reduced administrative capacity.Therefore,the government must face up to this problem and constantly improve the incentive mechanism to promote the civil servants of townships to increase their professional well-being.In terms of research content,the author through the collection of relevant literature and interviews with civil servants in Qinzhou District,Tianshui City,respectively,from the salary factors,assessment factors,promotion factors and competition factors,respectively,the civil servants in Qinzhou District of Tianshui City Incentive content,methods,procedures,etc.,and summarize the basic conditions of civil servant occupational well-being of township civil servants in Qinzhou District of Tianshui City from the four aspects of work status,work stress,career development and social recognition,and then based on incentive mechanism,professional happiness is not The fact of high is to explore the problems existing in the work incentives of civil servants in towns and villages in Qinzhou District of Tianshui City.In addition,the author divides the four factors of salary incentive,assessment incentive,promotion incentive and competition incentive into basic salary,allowance subsidy,welfare treatment,internal salary,assessment content,assessment procedure,assessment supervision and assessment.The results of the promotion,promotion scope,promotion opportunities,promotion methods,promotion supervision,competition scope,competition rules,competition operation,competition atmosphere,the sixteen dimensions,put forward research hypotheses,design questionnaires,through the Qinzhou district-level administrative agencies in Tianshui City and More than 200 grassroots public officials from various government departments in the district conducted data from the survey of occupational well-being into SPSS statistical analysis.Finally,according to the influencing factors of various career well-being,the suggestions for improving the professional happiness of civil servants in towns and villages in Qinzhou District of Tianshui City are put forward.As far as the research results are concerned,it can be seen from the conclusions o f the study that among the 16 dimensions,welfare benefits and promotion scope have relatively obvious effects on occupational well-being,and these two aspects have a gr eat incentive effect on township civil servants.This study provides a new way of think ing and direction for the incentive of civil servants in Qinzhou District of Tianshui Cit y.At the same time,the author hopes that this study can effectively promote the refor m of human resources management system of civil servants in Qinzhou District of Tia nshui City.
