Study On Pension Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Rural Lost Only-child Elders In Jinting Town,Wuzhong,Suzhou

Since the implementation of family planning policy more than 30 years in China,the number of one-child family has increased sharply,therefore,causing a large number of disadvantaged group with chinese characteristics,the lost only-child elders.Because of the implementation of two-children of each couple policy in January 2016 and the Aging accelerating,pension security of lost only-child elders has been paid attention.Strengthening assistant of lost only-child elders has been written into 13 th Five-year Plans.In spite of the implementation of two-children of each couple,most of lost only-child elders have been noncapable of fertility.They are confronted with many issues of economy,pension,medical treatment,especially mental suffering.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to solve the pension security of lost only-child elders.In China,the primary mode of traditional pension is dependent on family,but it is not fit for lost only-child elders who need social supports.In this paper,the respondents of lost only-child elders are those people living in Jinting Town,Wuzhong district.By means of visiting 45 rural lost only-child families,I find out that these families facing the problems such as economy,living and mental suffering have been a terrible social problem,though government at all levels have paid attention and formulated relevant policy.However,due to the low level of security,lack of precise support and other related issues,all the efforts can't solve the trouble of lost only-child elders.The purpose of this paper is to survey the status and predicament of pension of lost only-child elders in Jinting Town,and to analyze the pensional dilemma in family pension.On the other hand,this paper discusses the multiple reasons of predicament of lost only-child elders.On the basis of all these analysis,this paper researches into the coping strategy of the rural lost only-child elders in pension,and puts forward multi-dimensional support system of multi-subject supply of public service containing government,society,community and family to improve the systems of pension andcommunity-based relif of lost only-child elders and to carry on the innovation and exploration of endowment patterns actively.
