Research On Grid Management Of Fuxin City Community

The urban management of contemporary Chinese society has an important task in the realities of the rapid development of social economy and the rapid change of social appearance.The focus of social management lies in how to further accelerate the transformation of government functions and meet the growing material and cultural needs of the people.In recent years,community grid management,which has received more and more attention from the society,is an important result achieved by grassroots governments in exploring and innovating new models of social management.The research on the relevance of community grid management has important theoretical guidance significance for accelerating the innovation of grassroots social management methods and improving the service level of grassroots government.This study takes the Fuxin City where the author works as an example to systematically analyze the current grid management practices in the urban community.First of all,the author defines the relevant core concepts,and elaborates and briefly analyzes the theories of good governance,gapless government theory,and service government theory that involve the theoretical basis of the research.Secondly,from the four aspects of organization structure,operation mechanism,service flow,and technology platform,this paper systematically analyzes the current status of community grid management in Fuxin City,and concludes that the existence of the current community grid management in Fuxin City Based on this,some issues are further explored from the five aspects of importance,management mechanism,management structure,management personnel,and residents' awareness.Then,it analyzes and explores the advanced experience of community grid management in Dongcheng District of Beijing and Zhoushan City in Zhejiang Province.Finally,in light of the above-mentioned issues,the reasons for the search,and the advanced experience of community grid management,the suggestions on the strengthening of community grid management in Fuxin City are proposed—changing concepts,improving management service levels,and establishing a sound working mechanism.Integrate effective social resources,clarify the rights and responsibilities of all parties,establish and improve the ranks of special staff,strengthen community autonomy,and actively cultivate residents' awareness of self-management.
