Research On The Implementation Of Social Stability Risk Assessment Policy

Social stability risk assessment is a very important system to promote national governance systems and governance capacity modernization of our country,to improve the scientific and democratic decision-making level according to law,the prevention and control of major risks,safeguard the interests of the masses,ensure stable and healthy economic development,promote social harmony and stability play an important role.This work has been widely spread throughout the country for five or six years,and there is an urgent need for a systematic summary of the implementation of the policy.To evaluate the effect of implementation,to find out the problems in the implementation,and to propose suggestions for policy improvement.This article from the perspective of policy implementation theory,through the method of case study,in-depth analysis of the process of implementation of Y railway construction project social stability risk assessment policy,through this case,summarizes the social stability risk assessment made in the implementation of policy achievements and problems,and put forward corresponding suggestions to these problems.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part describes the background and significance of the topic selection,combing the literature on risk assessment and policy implementation at home and abroad,and introduces the writing ideas and research methods.The second part defines the concept of policy implementation and social stability risk assessment,and then puts forward a framework for evaluating the implementation of social stability risk assessment policy based on the interpretation of the social stability risk assessment policy text.The third part introduces the policy implementation process of Y railway construction project social stability risk assessment,and analyzes the implementation of Y railway construction project social stability risk assessment.The fourth part,based on case analysis,discusses the achievements and problems in the policy implementation of the current risk assessment of social stability.The fifth part puts forward corresponding policy recommendations from the perspective of standardizing the responsibilities of the main body,perfecting democratic participation,strengthening theoretical research and standardizing the implementation of the work.
