On The Neighborhood Committees' Caring For The Aged In The Community

The aging society is approaching in China – a developing country Which is aging before wealthy,which makes taking care of the aged become the important and realistic problem.For exploring the strategies or patterns to care the old,there is realistic meaning to study the practice and problem of neighborhood committees' Caring for the aged in the Community.Using the field survey,the literature research and the interview and combining personal experience of working practice,this thesis,which takes the Neighborhood Committee of Xiaosimiao Community in the west street,Ganzhou County,Zhang Ye City as the example,describes the practical process of the neighborhood committees' cares for the aged in the community,summarizes its experience,analyzes its problems and causes and improves its measures and suggestions.The following is to summarize the experience in the neighborhood committees' cares for the aged in the community.One,to strengthen the infrastructure construction for the provision for the aged and the resource utilization and perfect further the service network.Two,to accomplish the service– Push to Talk by using modern IT.Three,to pay attention to the official team construction,define responsibilities and offer the love.Tour,to promote the home-based care system in the community depending on Volunteer Association of the Community.Five,to play the full role of the Party and the party members carry out the considerate service.Six,to be based on the care centre for the aged in community.The following is to analyze the main problems of the neighborhood committees' cares for the aged in the community.One,the management level is lower.Two,the community care focus on the security and the lower-level household service and doesn't cover enough.Three,the contents of service are single and short of attraction.Four,there is not an effective assessment and evaluation system and service goals are aimless.Five,the support and guidance of the policy is insufficient,so the participation of social forces is not enough.The reasons for the problems mentioned above lies in the following aspects: the lack of recognition ofcommunity care;its Imbalance between supply and demand;its limitation of human resources;its unfulfilled system.Finally,according to the research,the thesis puts some feasible suggestions on the neighborhood committees' cares for the aged in the community.One,to improve ideological understanding of departments at different levels.Two,to establish the relatively stable team of professional service.Three,to integrate the service resources and perfect the service.Five,to establish evaluation system for providing for the aged.Five,to advocate the aged to self-rule.In addition,the thesis constructs the practical measures on the neighborhood committees' cares for the aged in the community.The main content is listed below: enhancing the team construction and improving the training system;implementing Metro Card and achieve independent choice;setting up the filial piety of red and black list and strengthening the education and inducement;exploring the savings system the service of social supporting.
