Liao Chengzhi’s Thought On Sino Japanese Folk Diplomacy

The diplomatic work in the periphery has very important strategic significance for the development of China.It supports the “Belt and Road” and further expands China’s economic relations with neighboring countries and builds a “human destiny community”.The diplomacy of China’s neighboring countries can achieve today’s achievements.It is inseparable from the efforts of the older generation of diplomats.Liao Chengzhi is a typical representative person.He is the “ promoter ” of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations and has made outstanding achievements in the diplomatic career of New China.contribution.Under the impetus of Sino-Japanese people’s diplomacy,China and Japan signed the “Sino-Japanese Friendship Treaty” in 1978 to formally establish diplomatic ties.Today,the friendship treaty between China and Japan has entered its 40 th year.The fact that Sino-Japanese friendly relations proves that The Science and Feasibility of Folk Diplomacy in Japan.As a participant and witness of Sino-Japanese folk diplomacy,Liao Chengzhi studied Liao Chengzhi’s Sino-Japanese folk diplomacy and further explored the historical contributions and contemporary enlightenment of Sino-Japanese folk diplomacy.This study took Liao Chengzhi’s Sino-Japanese folk diplomacy as the research topic,adopted the literature research method,studied Liao Chengzhi’s Sino-Japanese folk diplomacy thoughts,and based on an analysis of the domestic and international situation at that time,summed up Liao Chengzhi’s Sino-Japanese folk diplomacy thoughts.The content,therefore,proposes the contemporary value of Liao Chengzhi’s Sino-Japanese folk diplomacy and provides some guidance for the establishment of a good Sino-Japanese relationship in the new era.This article is mainly divided into the following three parts.The first part is Liao Chengzhi’s historical conditions for the formation of non-governmental diplomacy between China and Japan.It introduces the theoretical basis and the basis for reality.The second part is Liao Chengzhi’s history of the formation of non-governmental diplomacy between China and Japan.The Liao Chengzhi folk diplomacy thoughts during the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations are elaborated.The third part is an evaluation of Liao Chengzhi’s Sino-Japanese folk diplomacy.Sino-Japanese relations are one of the most important and difficult-to-handle relationships in China ’ s diplomatic work.Liao Chengzhi’s nongovernmental diplomacy has made outstanding contributions to the promotion of Sino-Japanese friendly relations and the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations.Therefore,this study sorts out and studies Liao Chengzhi’s nongovernmental diplomacy ideas,hoping to extract new connotations with the value of the times.This is an important reference for the further deepening of China’s diplomatic work in the new period.
