The Study On Self-help Behavior Of Rural Community Social Organization

In recent years,the government's investment of community social organizations is increasing continuously.The more common is government's purchase public service,and a large part of these funds faces city community social organizations with better economic development.But for the investment of rural community social organizations with relatively backward economy is not enough.This makes most of the rural community organizations face the crisis of survival in our country,especially the self-developed social organizations.Based on this,this paper has the following two purposes through the analysis of typical community social organization.First,through the analysis of the main problems rural community social organization face and self-help behavior in our country,we put forward countermeasures of improving the rural community social organizations and self-help ability.Second,we use social ecosystem theory to explain that the rural community social organization is how to interact with the other systems to integrate and link resources and enhance the hematopoietic function.This can provide some theoretical generalization for the development of rural community social organizations and promote related research in China.The effective integration of resources is of great significance to the construction and sustainable development for community social organizations.Based on the research of Community Martial Arts Club,this paper studies the ways and paths to integrate internal resources and external resources in various stages of cultivation and operation.The internal resources mainly include the ability of the organization leader,the mining of the organization members' resources and the establishment of internal system.The external mainly include the resources obtained from interacting with the village committee,the school and the community residents.At the end of this paper,the problems existing in the Community Martial Arts Club are discussed and analyzed,and some specific intervention strategies are put forward from the perspective of social work.The findings of this study are as follows:First,social ecosystem theory is not only suitable for studying the interaction between human behavior and social environment,but also for the research of the operation mechanism of community social organizations.Second,the external interaction environment of community social organizations is important,but the premise of good interaction environment is based on their own capabilities.They also need the intrinsic value of the core.Finally,the relationship between social ecosystem theory and the capacity building of community social organizations is discussed.It has some inspiration for social workers to cultivate community social organizations.We need to value not only to interact with external environment,but also to enhance their ability.
